Poor Customer Service + Poor Quality

I agree with another reviewer about customer service. In the package it said the company would do whatever to address a bad experience. Turned out that no one even bothered to contact me after I emailed them twice (11/10/23 and 11/19/23). My email to the customer support: "I received a box of Kettle Cone Mini popcorn packages from my friend. Unfortunately, after opening a few of these packages, the popcorn was soft and not fresh. I am very disappointed because I had really good Popcornopolis before. Your message said that you would make it right. I have attached the packing Slip with the order information on it. I appreciate if you can replace the popcorn for me. 40 Kettle Cone Mini 0.90z EA (SKU 947318) Order #WC-0001267XXX Order Date: Oct 26, 2023"

Bag size shrunk!! Not okay!!

I love this popcorn, especially the double drizzle. The problem is the bag size is about 1/3 the size that it used to be for the same price. Very disappointing in that regard!

Greedy company with very poor customer…

Greedy company with very poor customer service. Prices are insane, no longer in most grocery stores so you are stuck ordering online and paying extremely high shipping fees. I will pass.

Warning! Don't order from these folks, poor customer service!

I've had similar negative experience as others. Placed an order on Feb 6th, card was changed right away, label was printed but product not delivered. Almost 2 weeks of phone calls, online customer care forms submitted, and not one call or email in return. Will never buy from these folks again. Will be using the Popcorn Store from now on.

Problems with new ownership of Popcornopolis

For many years our school has used Popcornopolis to fundraise without problems. This year we again used them as a fundraiser even though we had to order 1/2 or 1 case of product instead of individual cones. After our order was placed and they had received the check they let us know that they were not going to be able to supply their cheese popcorn, that it would be available sometime in January. I emailed them and asked that they send what was available and then send the rest when it became available. I have not heard back from them. I have tried to call on numerous occasions without success. I did finally talk to a girl who could not find my order, was unable to tell me why it had not be filled. I am awaiting a call back.

Popcornopolis took 99.98 and never…

Popcornopolis took 99.98 and never shipped my order. They printed a FedEx tracking number label only. The FedEx tracking number showed Popcornopolis never actually gave FedEx the merchandise. My order was made on December 16, 2022. I've called several times and the phone only hang up. I've emailed them and never gotten a response. They have not issued a refund. I will be taking steps to get my money back.

Horrible customer service and no shipment

I have bought from popcornopolis for many years and have always had excellent service, but since they sold out a year ago I can say this company has become garbage. I Placed a good sized Christmas order 12/9, shipping is supposed to be next business day. After 8 days I tried calling, phone keeps hanging up on me. Sent an email communication, no answer. Over the next 2 days I sent two more email requests and called only to get someone in “customer service” who sounded like she was talking on her cell phone in her car with the radio on. She only said she will look into it and call me back. Guess what, no call back. Shipping cut off for Christmas is the 20th which is now that day. I try calling AGAIN only to get disconnected multiple times when I press 4 for customer service. Suddenly I get an email 12/21 that my order has been cancelled because all my items are out of stock??? I will never buy from them again. I was a loyal customer for a very long time but I’ll be sure to tell everyone how horrible and non existent their customer service is and how sad it is that a great company has been tossed down the drain by the new owners.

Customer service?

No one will return phone calls or emails at customer service. I ran a school fundraiser and I have parents expecting to get product by the end of the week. This will be the last fundraiser we do through this company.

Glitchy Website and Non-existent Customer Service

The produce itself is great! However the Popcornopolis website is glitchy and customer service is non-existent. I placed an order recently, and even though I entered the shipping and billing addresses correctly, once the order was submitted the two addresses were mixed together (creating a strange address with components of both). I immediately noticed this! There was no way to correct it on the website so I wrote to the company (on their Customer Care page) and placed a call as well. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone - their system only allows you to leave a message. No one responded to either my written submission or to my phone message. I tried to adjust the address with FedEx, but they only allow the shipper to do this (and I couldn't get anyone from Popcornopolis to communicate with me). For this reason I will not order from this company again and wanted to warn others as well.

BAD Experience

Yikes - I ordered 2 mini bulk packs on Nov 28 after 1PM - their website states would be shipped the next day. So I got a notice that FedEx made a label on Nov 29 but hadn't received the package. Fast forward to Tuesday Dec 6- THat is the actual date that my popcorn was shipped.. NOT next day but 1 week later. And my event to hand these 80 bags out is tomorrow the same day I am supposed to get them from FEDEX... SO very bad timing:( Also, I started stressing about the delivery around Dec 4 - SO I reached out to the company to get a hold of someone - left a message/ sent a note on their website Sunday/Monday and Tuesday - NO ONE ever contacted me back:( I reached out via FB Messenger and was told "sorry we're super busy" and "no you can't cancel your order." Likely I will go through the painstaking process to send it all back since it will be too late! Meanwhile - I ordered the same popcorn at Costco for cheaper and I should have it today! Costco knows how to ship on time!

We have ordered from Popcornopolis for several years for gift for our clients (100+ tins). This year I was informed that they no longer deliver to separate addresses. Corporate gifts are sent to one address only. Now I have to find a new vendor.

This time is on me

This time is on me. I told myself not to go thru ordering with this company again. And it is just a repeat of last time. I am trying to check on an order that was to have been delivered by Halloween. The site did not save my password AGAIN, the reset email never comes and no one answers the phone.

The only reason I am giving them this one is because it won’t let me do none. We have had nothing but problems and being given a run around when trying to receive our money owed. We did a fundraiser back in June it is now September and we still don’t have our money. We have been told many different answers as to when we would get it and now no one will return emails or phone calls. We will never do fundraising with this company again and we strongly recommend no one to do business with them. We got told this is because of “New management “ yet we haven’t been able to speak to anyone from the new management. This place is a joke.

It's my favorite popcorn now!!

It's my favorite popcorn now, I ordered 2 kettlecorn and 1 honeycorn, which arrived one day earlier and it was safely packed. No damage to my corn and it tastes way better than other Popcorn. Will definitely be a regular customer.

Popcorn is a good corporate gift, but the website it not worth the battle. NEVER remembers my password and NEVER sends a reset link. I end up going elsewhere 90% of the time. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!

Outstanding flavor

My wife and I grabbed a bag of the Strawberry Kettlecorn with vanilla icing popcorn at Costco. That is the best popcorn I've ever had! We tried the Krispy Creme original donut popcorn and it was tasteless, not sure what company made it. This Kettlecorn is outstanding with flavor, every piece is covered in Strawberry and icing. We are looking forward to trying out other flavors and will buy this flavor again at Costco.
