Lakeside store , Honestly I'm soo sick and tired of paying for these bags all the time why can't they have small plastic bags like they use to , just stupid managers all greed for money when people are struggling
I went into the Grantham store this morning with my husband , got what we wanted , went to the checkout the person on the c,out name badge said STACEY didnt even acknowledge that we was there at all , no hello good morning nothing at all , all she was interested in was speaking through her headset to someone moaning about being stuck on the till for 4 hours well if im being honest maybe STACEY !!!!. Shouldn't be allowed a headset . Maybe Shouldn't be working on the till. Maybe have more customer service training!!! Even just to say hello. Maybe she is in the wrong job. Alot of maybes but the maybes in my opion are possibilities.

I purchased plastic champagne flutes in 478 pieces and almost 80 pieces were damaged, it was a terrible experience for me but after that, I contacted with customer service and they made full refund for the broken items. For this reason, I can recommend them.
I needed a VAT receipt for my online order. I raised a support ticket and requested one. My request was ignored. No Reply! No Receipt. It is a legal requirement to provide a VAT Invoice / Receipt for a purchase if one is requested.
