I emailed the Prestige team in an attempt to place an international order to be shipped to the United States. The representative that I was corresponding with confirmed that they could ship to me. She provided me with a confirmation number and told me to call them provide payment. I called several times to make the payment for my order. I kept getting the same rep (not the one I was emailing) that stated that she was not able to help me for different reasons. She kept telling me to call back. It was international long distance for me at 3.99 per minute. In the end I had to ship to a friend in the UK and ask him to ship my order to me in the US. After a week, I noticed that I never received the tracking number so I contacted customer service for assistance and the representative told me she couldn't help me because I am in the US. She didn't even look at the order to see that the shipping address was in the UK. This further frustrated me and I contacted Prestige via whatsup and the representative was helpful and found that my original order got lost in transit. She placed a new order that was delivered next day. I just think it shouldn't have been that difficult to patronize your company.
