Purchased an afternoon tea hamper. Royal Mail returned the item as refused by recipient ( it wasn't ). Contacted Prestige Hampers who said as it was returned to them refused they would not refund any money. I asked if they would send the hamper to me and I would pay the postage, again refused. Then sent me a message telling me to ask royal mail to amend the delivery address, despite the fact the hamper is back with them, as shown in the track and trace picture ( which also shows a whole heap of other boxes being returned. )
The array of gift idea’s was amazing. I found the perfect gift. Thank you. I will be making future purchases here again

Paid 5.99 for delivery on a certain date for a hamper as a birthday present. The item was then delayed over the bank holiday weekend (despite the saturday being a normal day) and no tracking updates were sent by prestige. No refund on the delivery cost offered and when I asked for this compensation as a minimum, I was told that although you choose the delivery date, you aren't entering into a contract that guarantees a specific time frame. Why bother choosing a date then? Customer service were prompt to respond but considering such a large company won't compensate its customers for legitimate reasons, I would not use them in future.

I have always used Prestige Hampers for special occasions or to chear a friend up that's feeling too good. They are always wrapped nicely and the quality of the products are exceptional. Anyone who has received a hamper have said that they feel very spoiled. The hampers are much better than some of the more well known branded companies. Keep up the good work Prestige Hampers.

I love Prestige Hampers. Every time I have ordered something, it is delivered on time in perfect condition. It may seem like a small thing to mention, but the fact that I never have to worry that what I have ordered is actually delivered is massive. The quality is amazing, and everyone I have sent them to has always been overjoyed. They are packaged beautifully and each hamper is well thought out in terms of the items put in. And as a receiver of the hamper I can also say that my items were delicious. I absolutely love prestige hampers and there are so few companies I can honestly say that about. The value for money is fantastic. Love them!
I ordered two Afternoon Tea ready for Mothers Day to be delivered on the 8/3/24 but received one on the 1/3/24 said to keep in fridge so put box in fridge, then had a message to say the parcel was being delivered today so went to have a look in box which only held one and at the bottom of the brown box was a card saying left premises frozen consum in 10 days, which i think is bad as nothing kn the outside ilof the box to adviae that. So have had to order another one to be delivered tomorrow ready for Mothers day because I do not want my mum to be ill. So that is the reason why only gave one. And with this experience know there is a lot of lovely stuff available but after i receive to one for tomorrow now I dont think that i would be comfortable using them again
