Terrible. I expect a £50 bouquet to last more than 3 days, and to at least look a bit like it's pictured on their site. response to feedback basically amounted to "tough sh!t"...

I’m not normally one to complain but I was so disappointed with my order I felt I had no choice. Ordered the large bouquet, paying an extra £10 and to be honest I felt the order was lacking the standard of even the small arrangement. At least 3 of the flowers were wilted, some were so dry that they fell apart when touched. On inspection, there was no water at all in the bottom of the arrangement. I was actually embarrassed giving these to the recipient as a leaving gift from the team so went to buy more. I contacted customer services and I can’t fault their assistance. On sending photos as requested I was advised that the manager felt the order met the condition and size however they offered a £15 credit. I kindly declined this as I will not be using the company again. Very disappointed as I have used Prestige Flowers on quite a few occasions without issue.

Ordered Flowers for my 20th wedding anniversary for my wife (two days notice) to be delivered to her work place, she left the office at 15.30..flowers delivered at 15.50 she'd left, surprise ruined, contacted prestige via a very frustrating chat, they rely on Royal mail courier service and can't guarantee a time (tracking the delivery Royal state "delivered by 19.30).Basically fobbed off. Very disappointing service, will never use again AVOID!!
The flowers arrived on time But The roses looked half dead and the Lilly’s were still as buds. In fact they still are buds even though the roses are almost ready for the compost heap - after only 4 days! When I emailed to let them know (with photos) I got a cut and paste type email that pretty much ignored my concerns I won’t use again and would suggest you don’t either

My advice is avoid at all costs. £47 and a waste of money. Go to the local supermarket, you will get more for £15! I hadto after the disappointment of prestige flowers. The ones I had delivered to my wife for her birthday were poor at best. Nothing prestige about this company. I will go elsewhere next time.
Absolute rubbish! I odered a seasonal white rose and pink lily bouquet for my partner as its our anniversary, but order i revecied looks nothing like what the picture on the wesite! I understand that some flowers need to bloom and blossom to give them a longer life but still even when they have done would look nothing like the picture! When delivered the box was damaged too (luckily the bouquet wasnt) On looking closely at the lily's they won't be the colour I ordered when they do bloom either! Customer service were quick to respond but all I got was them telling me they need to blossom to them to look like the picture on the site 🤣 1st and last time I will ever use them!!
OK so I was concerned after reading the reviews. The delivery was on time which I'm impressed with considering they use Royal Mail I am aware the price of flowers have gone up The flowers were fresh but there was a lot less in the bouquet that arrived compared to the picture so that isn't so good Would I use them again? I'm not sure yet due to the picture not portraying what actually arrives when there are so many other competitive companies online
