Everything about the service was great, the boxes and other packing equipment arrived fine with no issues and quickly. They only thing is that the free back of sweets was jelly babies which aren’t my favourite lol

Products are good but there website lets them down. So many different pop ups, chat, promotions etc. and they pop up all the time when you look through products, put items in the basket and even when you are entering delivery information.

The order was processed and dispatched immediately, however the delivery company let them down. Delivery was arranged for the next day, but didn't arrive until 4 working days later after lots of chasing.
Accurate description was the first thing, essential to know actual dimensions. Easy ordering, very prompt delivery and the product was as described on arrival. Also great value. I will use Priory again.
Priory Direct themselves are a great company and the products are amazing quality. They ship the items quickly. I've given 5 stars for the quick service and the quality products Priory Direct offer, however the courier service they chose to use really lets them down. It would be very helpful if there was a different courier option available.
