Die Jacke wurde am 2.5. bestellt und ist immer noch nicht geliefert!!!! Nachfragen wo die Ware bleibt, wurden nicht zufriedenstellend beantwortet und stereotypische Antworten ( der Kurier wurde mehrfach angefragt) brachten bisher kein Ergebnis! Zudem bin ich weiterhin gezwungen nachzufragen! Ich erwarte innerhalb 24 Std. eine qualitative Rückmeldung!!!!!

The garment was true to description but larger than the size guide. It was totally ideal for all outdoor activities and weather conditions.
Bei der ersten Lieferung gab es Probleme, sie ist wohl beim Zoll hängen geblieben, es hat ewig gedauert, dann wurde eine zweite Lieferung hinterher geschickt, die zügig da war..Das Unternehmen hat mich aber die ganze Zeit auf den Laufenden gehalten. Super!
I purchased 2 women's waterproof cycling jackets: a NIGHTRIDER and a REFLECT360. I ordered both a size up on recommendations from other reviews. The package arrived as quickly as I expected (considering international shipping). Communication with customer service was prompt and helpful. The NIGHTRIDER is a good size, with space for a warm underlayer. The REFLECT360 is bigger, almost too roomy, especially in the collar. But both jackets are very water and windproof, and keep me warm and dry on cold wet commutes - which is exactly what I wanted. The jackets are warmer than I expected, and perhaps a bit less breathable. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase, and I will likely buy more in the future.

Fasntastic at Refunding Your Money. They need to be as their cycle helmets are the very cheapest, poorest quality Chinese goods I have ever seen. They may carry the CE mark but have any of these items ever been tested? Anyone can stick on a CE label. The Chinese are great at this! I simply would not risk putting that helmet on my head! Their waterproof cycle helmet covers don't well actually cover any of the cycle helmets that I currently own, or even the Chinese helmet that was sent faulty and you'll have to remove the peak first anyway.
"it's on a different system" is not an acceptable or customer focused answer about a product you manufacture
Jacket that is only 9 months old has pocket zip fail. poor Chinese quality at very expensive prices. warranty only 3 months, yes they know how cheaply made these things are. I will never buy their products again. I would suggest you think twice As a response to the reply. If you had confidence in your products then a longer warranty period would show how much you do ensure quality. 3 months show you don't have any quality expectations
Excellent products and excellent customer service. Brought two cycling jackets. I had read that they run big so I reluctantly ordered a size smaller for me. My husband wanted me to order his usual XL. Which I did. Mine fitted perfectly, my husbands did not. Had to sent back and get the next size down which then fitted perfectly too. I emailed Proviz and within ten minutes of sending received an email back. Customer service is excellent. Would 100% recommend.
IMPRESSIVE REFLECTANCE! Great product—saw a friend using the reflective vest and couldn’t believe how effective it was! Bought one for a friend who bike commutes home from late shift after midnight.
Easy to order and an excellent jacket. This is my second ProViz jacket and this is a thinner one. I would highly recommend ProViz. Their products are waterproof, comfortable and fit well. Also they are reasonably priced and less than Gorewear that does not work as well as ProViz
This replacement of a faulty pair of gloves happened very quickly with no quibbling and with polite efficiency.
Had a bit of stitching go inside a pocket. Thanks to Zoe for resolving. Couple of photos sent and replacement sent same day. Refreshing.
I love the product exactly what I wanted . Only thing didn’t like was the courier fee it was on high side for standard delivery so it really added to the cost .
