I went to Prowler Red in Soho recently and asked for help. I was given advice which felt helpful but the moment I turned the corner, I heard bursts of laughter from the staff. One can only assume this was about me, and was definitely not professional, nor appreciated.
The prowler store fixed our PCM. And it worked wonderfully!! Was not too expensive. Mailed it to the correct house.
Right now, My husband is destroyed and distraught. I bought him a 2002 Chrysler Prowler Cash a couple of years ago. I mailed our PCM to the prowler store, they received, supposedly repaired it and mailed it to the wrong address in a completely different state Ohio 2200 miles away from Reno NV, which was signed for by someone I don't know. This part is rare and hard to find. I hope that this is resolved asap by June 13, 2022. This was a car that I bought my husband who had cancer and has waited 3 months for this part to be repaired and sent back. I am disheartened by the lack of detail which makes me wonder if the detail on the PCM repair has been serviced correctly. We will find out if they ever find the part mailed to the wrong address. My hope is that they tracking printed on our invoice was incorrect and that the part will be here tomorrow. WE WILL SEE.
I've shopped with Prowler for many years. Their toys are wonderful and priced well and the staff are always incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Recently I bought some products (not toys), that, after very little use proved highly unsatisfactory. I contacted Prowler and they were very attentive in fixing the problem. I'm not used to such service and was really impressed by how they dealt with it!

i PLACED AN ORDER LAST WEEK, payment was taken, Following day was told the item was out of stock and it was not shown as such on the advert for it in error, so payment would be refunded. I have not yet checked my bank statement. That is not good.

I ordered certain items from Prowler online for the first time since lockdown. Usually I shop in the flagship on Old Compton Street or the Brighton branch. Everything arrived as described and packed perfectly. The only slight niggle was the underwear. I ordered M but S would have been a better fit. But there we are.
Ordered a few things from them and it all arrived pretty quickly and discreetly. All I will say is, if you’re ordering perishables, such as lube, make sure you check the expiration date on the bottle (not something I thought I’d have to do with lube). Ordered a bottle of spunk hybrid lube on 04/02/21 and when I used it, the lube started to dry out and clump up rather quickly. Never used this brand before so didn’t know if it’s just a poor product but I just noticed that the expiration date had passed as it was dated end of January 2021. So I was sent an already expired bottle of lube. I don’t know what the usual expiration period is for lube but potentially this could have been an old batch they hadn’t shifted/checked.
Everything came as described and in very discrete packaging.
