Accidentally ordered the wrong size and color and reached out within minutes to cancel. Customer service responds 2 days later and says that they can't cancel it as the item had already shipped. I check the order status and it does not show as shipped. Deceitful and unhelpful company.
Ordered 50$ worth of shoes that should have been shipped a while ago. While requesting a refund it says my order wasn't found, but when I track it, it says "order fulfilled".
