I had ordered this super cute daisy…

I had ordered this super cute daisy choker from this site and brand…. My first red flag was they never sent a shipping confirmation which I thought was weird so there was no way of seeing if it was shipped/ delivered. Shortly after going to the mailbox everyday to see if it made its way here. It finally did I was so excited. Then when I open the package I come to find out what I had ordered was not in the package, they only sent free stickers. When I reached out to them via email it took a couple days for the to respond they sent a email back saying they see they didn’t include my item in the shipment because they ran out of stock on this item. Which I thought it was weird they never even told me this and sent an empty package and on their site it still shows you are able to purchase it.

They didn’t put enough postage for me to receive my order

Love the products but find it absolutely ridiculous that they can’t put the correct postage on before shipping. My items were not delivered because postage from Pura Vida was short $3.14. When I emailed the response was that this was a known issue?! If you know it’s an issue, then why not fix it??

I had a stolen order

I had a stolen order, and I was given a store credit. When I went to use it, it says it’s not valid on certain items. I email them, it’s fixed. As I’m checking out the code stops working AGAIN. I was frustrated at this point so a supervisor Geri e-mails me and then ghosts me when I tell them that the code doesn’t work. I emailed them again and I’m hoping I get a response but not really hopeful at this point. What a terrible experience. I just want to place the order! I’m willing to spend the additional $10 minimum purchase if not more since the credit is a discount code and not a gift card. Please help to provide a code that’s valid and works on my items as I was previously told I would have until the code stopped working.

I got some jewelry from pure Vida, and it's amazing! The designs are so pretty, and the quality is top-notch. They use really good materials, making the jewelry both fancy and strong. When can I expect to receive an order?

Ordered before Christmas for a gift, no confirmation email received regarding order/shipping. Confirmed order shipped via the Shop app. Been “in transit” now since 12/21/2023. Today is 01/17/2024, and no response from the company to inquiries regarding this order. Their method of shipping only offers a tracking number. Shipper indicates if there is an issue, to contact the merchant. I would just like my money back at this point.

Llevo más de un año con ellos. Al pedir productos sueltos bien. Pero en más de un año en la suscripción de joyería se han equivocado muchísimos meses, y no me Dan solución. Llevo desde octubre recibiendo el mismo producto, lo reclamo enviando fotos y vuelven a mandarme el mismo producto. Tengo el mismo par de anillos y pendientes hasta 5 veces ya, no devuelven el dinero, me ofrecen algo de la tienda por un valor de 20€ pero yo quiero lo que estoy pagando, que es la suscripción. Repito: para comprar de vez en cuando bien, pero MUCHO CUIDADO con las suscripciones.

They can't seem to get it right

First they sent the wrong bracelet. I was able to get a hold of customer service through email and they apologized and promised to send the correct bracelet. I never received the bracelet. I would also have to say the wrong bracelet that I did receive is really poor quality, it's very cheaply made for the cost that I paid. I would never order from them again

Will never order from this company again so disappointed with the recent advent calendar that I purchased and the help that I’m getting through their custom service on Instagram. I want a refund for this purchase it was $90!!! The advent calendar is full of cheap junk. This used to be such a cool company. It’s really sad to see that it has been purchased and it’s a totally different vibe. It is sad that so many young girls think this is a cool company. I will be sure to spread the word that it is not what its marketing team makes it out to be. Smoke and mirrors.

The company has an ambassador on Instagram that’s islamaphobic and harasses people. When I messaged the company about it on their Instagram account, they didn’t care at all and they were no help. So disappointed that they promote this kind of behaviour

Unexpected Postage Due: A Holiday Hassle

EDIT: The company reimbursed me the postage due I paid. I was offered free shipping when I ordered bracelets for my daughter for Christmas. Two days ago, I received a notice in my mailbox stating I would have to go to the Post Office to pick it up because postage was due. If shipping wasn't free, that is fine, but the hassle of going to the post office 10 days before Christmas was an hour wait. I order online for convenience.

No phone number, 3-4 days for an email response. Couldn’t cancel subscription and my product never arrived. Why don’t they have phone customer support? What company doesn’t have phone support?

I put in my order to Pura Vida on 4 Dec. Ten days later and it has not even been dispatched! You can only contact them by email and they say it takes 3 to 4 business days to reply. That deadline has also passed. I will never do business with this company again.

Incomplete order sent and incompetent responses

They did not an include a jewelry box in my order. Have to email to get a response in 3-4 business days. You get a generic email to look for your package at your neighbor's house or contact USPS. Again, an email since they didn't bother to read the first one and takes days to respond. I send another email because the second email wasn't read in which I stated I have the package with no jewelry box. A third email back to me requests pictures. I upload all pics and email can not be delivered because email box is full....the worst thing I have seen. I could never imagine running a company, not answering phone calls from customers and saying just email us and we will respond in 3-4 days with nonsense responses. Just fix the problem and get back to your customers. I will never deal with this company again.
