I reached out to Purely Diamonds when I saw my dream wedding ring on their website. From here on, Alex looked after me tremendously! The ring I chose required me to send my engagement ring to their London office to see how the wedding ring looked alongside my engagement ring, as being from Northern Ireland, it wasn't so simple for me to pop into the showroom. Putting my engagement ring into the care of a stranger concerned me as the diamond was a family heirloom however Alex put me at ease from the outset and walked me through to entire process, from how to securely post my ring, to sending me pictures of the safe arrival of my ring into her care. When the wedding ring was paired with my engagement ring, it didn't look exactly how I had hoped so Alex suggested having the ring redesigned using CAD drawings to enable the ring to be remade to my liking. Alex of course kept me updated the entire process with updates and pictures which was extremely reassuring and when this process was finished, the ring was exactly as I had hoped! Alex ensured the wedding ring and my engagement ring was returned to me via secure post that very day the ring was finished. The service provided by Alex and Purely Diamonds was second to none and in my opinion priceless when dealing with such an emotional purchase, it makes the world of difference knowing there is a real person at the other end of the phone dealing with your purchase instead of an automated service. I couldn't recommend Purely Diamonds enough and I am grateful for such attentive care from all of the team, especially Alex, thank you!
Absolutely love my beautiful trilogy diamond ring. A fantastic experience all round Tracey in Manchester worked hard to find a perfect fit into custom made wedding band and eternity ring. After trying many different styles we eventually found the perfect ring. I was able to pick my stone size and quality in terms of colour and inclusions. Fantastic value for money and super quality ring.

Very grateful for all the support from Clare and the team. Purely Diamonds managed to craft a stunningly beautiful engagement ring for my (now) fiancée, within 3 weeks of me sending them my ideas. Naturally, I did lots of research, talking with 6 different jewellers, before deciding to proceed with them. Their design process was very straight forward, and I had multiple CADs back within 48hrs. It was simply a case of choosing the best one, making final adjustments, then agreeing on the diamonds. What impressed me the most was their pricing structure, a small deposit for CAD drawings, 30% on proceeding to build, and the balance paid before dispatch. Most other jewellers wanted a 50% deposit before starting any design work, which was really off putting. We need to re-size the ring as I'd taken a punt on that, but even this seems to be no trouble. We've arranged an in-person appointment at their Manchester branch and they are taking care of everything for us. 10/10 service, from start to finish. Thank you all!
I went to a LOT of different vendors on Hatton Garden before I chose Purely Diamonds. They manufacture all the rings in house - so there's no middle man! It makes the creation as well as any repairs/alterations super quick and to a very high standard! Not to mention the amazing customer service and great pricing. Massive thanks to Clare and Anastasia, my fiancee is in love with the ring !
I was scheduled to travel soon after I placed my order. Purely Diamonds were so kind as to prioritise my order, so that it arrived in time for me to travel with it. The delivery was just after noon the next day after dispatch. I got a fairly narrow ring, but the jeweller managed to crisply engrave what I wanted on it. I am very happy with the experience from order to delivery. I’d recommend Purely Diamonds to new and experienced jewellery buyers. I wish they’d say a bit more on their website about engravings, and perhaps show a few examples. This is a very special add-on and it’s totally worth paying for.
