I liked all the choices of products. I don't like the fact that different items are sold by different suppliers, whereas shipping is divided up from PA and the "sold by". I am not a keen fan of the "can I help you" pop up when I'm shopping. (too often) I would rather not see it at all.
When I began chatting with Matthew, I only knew I was interested in target shooting with an air rifle and about how much I was looking to spend. At the end of the conversation, I was educated, excited, and the owner of a rifle that would meet my needs now and in the foreseeable future.
