Will not deal with this company again. Placed order for two items. Received an email the following day to say that they were sold out of one of the items. Waited 8 days and received the one item that they did have in stock and not the other. Not once was I offered a refund.
Less than 30 seeds in a pack of 100,every other crown is rotten. What they know in that small countries lile Croatia. They don't know how to count.
Long delays in receiving order, chaotic shipping system. False assurances and misinformation repeatedly given. Avoid using this company
I ordered a composter from them and it arrived damaged but they replaced it immediately with no hassle. Great customer service from Patricia and Niall.
Just had my Jupiter greenhouse delivered. Super job and quality. I have bought a few items from Quickcrop lately and they know what they are talking about, the video for the burner is excellent
I love the bin just can't get it to work after restarting 2 times. Not going past 20°unless it's very hot out. What can I do ?
Love this company. They have the best team available to answer all your gardening questions, and their vegetable plant trays are a really great way to get a head start on your gardening. Highly recommend.
Fantastic! Great range of products to help with our no-dig organic fruit and veggie garden. Pricing is very reasonable. Customer service is second to none. Very responsive and quick to look into any queries. Friendly social media presence. Quality of everything purchased over the last few months has been second to none. Thank you - Milca, The Potting Shed Garden.
Received my order today. A tray of veg and 12 herbs. Delighted to get it but keep upright wasnt marked on the box. It must have been thrown about some of the herbs were out of their pots I repotted them a couple of them are looking a bit sad. I hope they will be ok. Keep upright should have been marked on the box.
Ordered a Cliplift Magnum hydraulic Ride-on lawnmower lift on Tuesday at 2.00pm and it was delivered by Declan of Fastway couriers early next morning. Can't get better than that. Diarmuid of Quickcrop was excellent on "line chat" with help and advice, response to my queries and throughout. Very competitive price and cheapest available. Highly recommend Quickcrop.
Excellent. Will buy again
Excellent place to find information and advice from beginer to competent level . thank you
Made quite a large order. (600eur). Seabuckthorn plants not as advertised (2 years 30/40cm height). Female plants a few months old with 10-15cm height at best. Upon complaint customer care said that small plants do better. Also ordered white willow tree which was not received - neither was the willow refunded. Speaking to customer care produced no results - just gas lighting us. Thank you Quickcrop for losing a repeat business client.
having Andrew suggesting tips and explanations as to why, is like having the gardening friend I have always longed for.
I am a horticulture tutor and I recommend this site to my students. Not only is the information science based, the photos are great and the content is always inter4esting and accurate. Most of all I always have a little chuckle to myself when I read the regular newsletters that come through - these newsletters are the only ones I bother to read as there is always something informative in them rather than sell sell sell like most news letters that come through and most of all they are funny.
Super fast delivery
An excellent source of knowledge by people who have been there , done that & have got the tee shirt.
I was so looking forward to using the hotbin but when it arrived about a month ago , I was immediately concerned that it is made of what looked like black aeroboard. Still I set it up and followed the guidance carefully, making sure not to drop anything while loading and checking openings etc. I had just started putting in a small bit of cooked food last week , no meat. I went out this evening and found the top of the bin in shreds on the ground, the thermometer lying apart from the rest and a little black bag of charcoal like bits also on the ground . I didnt stick my head in, afraid of what I might see but quickly covered it with old window sash which was nearby. I have photos of destruction. I haven't seen any rats here but perhaps it could be pine marten either. As I feared this bin is not suitable for outdoors , No matter how careful you are this bin will attract vermin which you do not want and they will chew through it in a flash. It should have a strong hard cover . Very disappointing and also as I now have to find a way of disposing of the remains quickly☹️
Time wasting online shop with wrong stock information.
Great service.
