Went into the shop to find bridesmaid dress for my wedding and the staff were very helpful with finding the dress that was needed. Staff were also friendly and they were able to give us some advice and information about what styles were available
I was let down by a lesser known brand, and i had less than 48 hours until my event and i still hadn't received the dress i ordered. I found a perfect dress on Quiz, ordered with next day delivery and the outfit was delivered promptly the next morning. I would definitely recommend ! 10/10 - dress was amazing too. Easy returns service (i ordered two sizes for guarantee).
Bought once never again. Paid for next day delivery and they delivered when they wanted and refused to refund for the next day delivery ❤️
I am only giving a 1 star as there is no option to give a 0. First time shopping with quiz and will never shop with them again..ordered 7th of April package delivered to standhill wine stores 9th of April I have received no bar code or pin to pick parcel up. Yodel has delivered the parcel as confirmed by them today using the tracking code I have. but as quiz did not put my name or email address they could not send me a code or confirmation email that it had been delivered. Needless to say the store manager will not hand the parcel over..and rightly so as there us no name on my parcel and I have no confirmation code. Spent most of today trying to sort this out no joy I want my money back. I have a wedding next week and no clothes!
Joined QVIP didn't get charged delivery for first order, second order I was charged. Tried contacting customer service but no reply. What was the point of paying 9.99 to still pay for deliveries! Not impressed!
Horrible experience and the worst customer service ever. I had a terrible experience with Quiz and encountered poor customer service. They collaborate with Very- placed my order from Very-and according to their website, all orders should be returned to Quiz’s warehouse since they are sent via Royal Mail directly from them. Despite returning the order through Royal Mail, with delivery confirmation from Quiz, I did not receive a refund. Upon contacting customer service, they claimed they are not responsible for refunds because they don’t directly sell the product on their website. Quiz sells their items on Very, takes people’s money, and then they have them back. Absolutely disgusting, It was my first time buying from Quiz and will be the last. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I ordered a blazer and trousers for a wedding on the 25th February and am still trying to get a full refund on 5th April!!!! I ordered a suit for my brothers wedding, it took over a week to arrive and turned out that the trousers were returned in transit due to being faulty. I eventually received the blazer but no longer needed this as the trousers that matched were never received and were no longer on the website. I returned the blazer and updated the return on Klarna (I did pay in 30 days) and have now been advised I owe £11. I don't see how this is possible when Quiz have accepted the return of the blazer and they know I have never received the trousers as they are the ones that advised me they were never arriving. I have tried to contact Quiz through all social medias but the response times are shocking. Would not recommend unless going in store and trying the clothes on. I would have returned straight to store but I don't have one local to me. Really disappointed with this service and would ideally like to hear from someone on how they are going to fix this but I doubt I will.
Awful service well actually there was no service at all.Upon entering the Maidstone Store today,The two ladies on the till didn't greet us at all .They were speaking to each other about the week end,etc.I approached to ask if they had a specific dress I had seen online to which she hardly showed any interest and said we don't have all the stock that's advertised and went back to her conversation. My daughter was looking for an evening dress for a university function ,no one asked if they could assist,just carried on talking so we just helped ourselves.After finding a dress we were looking for shoes,asked one of the woman,who had now left the conversation for a specific size,hardly showed any interest,came back ,handed me the shoes.Honestly we felt like we were an interruption of their day,Would have bought shoes and a bag,but decided against it.I have been in retail and customer service for over 20 years and this was just awful.Im not sure how this shop survives to be honest.
Sent me a ripped dress. Demanded a return receipt instead of using the tracking number from THEIR label TJEY provided. Overall rude staff. Rubbish quality clothing. Spend your money elsewhere. It’s hardly cheap.

Dress arrived on time and in good condition.
Fast delivery and the items arrived securely packaged. I decided to return one of the items and the 'return to store' refund option was very easy and swift. I will definitely be ordering from Quiz again in the future.
I tried to return an iteam. When I put the order number in, it said it didn't recognise it. I did this a number of times. I then emailed quiz telling them this, and I haven't heard anything back, so I have lost out and wasted my money! Not impressed. I have lost £20!
I like quiz clothes but sizes are running small, beautiful patterns, unfortunately lots of it it's made of polyester.
Unfortunately this time ordering from quiz I was left slightly disappointed. Ordered 5 dresses as needed to find the right one for a family event. When parcel arrived only 4 had came. No email to say the other dress was on the way. I contacted customer service about this issue and they told me I hadn’t been charged for dress as it was out of stock and a email was sent out to say this. 20 days down the line no refund has been given dispite me telling this to customer service. Usually love quiz dresses but this definitely let me down this time

Awful customer service. I purchased several items from Quiz via Very, my catalogue account. I needed to return two items totalling £87 and was advised that because they came directly from Quiz, to send them back directly to Quiz rather than to Very. I did this using the returns label inside and the self addressed return sticker with the Quiz return details on it. 10 days later and no refund or acknowledgment of items. I have today contacted Quiz who point blank refuse to help and advise if they’ve received the items or not. I spoke to Very who told me to contact Quiz. So basically Quiz have sold me items, had the return and now refusing to help with the refund. And very are suggesting it’s Quiz responsibility. I’m £87 down and no one cares. Joke of a company, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I certainly won’t again and will make sure Very are aware they are a dodgy supplier. Will go to social media also. Like anyone can afford to be £87 down right now.
