Ryan sorted this without any delay was efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Even came earlier than appt slot as I has asked if possible could he try to come earlier. Delighted all fixed in ten minutes! Anna
Quick and efficient Our engineer Ryan Platts was great - communicated in advance of his arrival and was very quick to find the solution.
Apart from it being 10 days before Quooker could get an engineer out to me (which is quite long for a system only installed 14 months), Ryan arrived at the scheduled time and very competently replaced my faulty Quooker reservoir unit. Ryan was very friendly, tidy and efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. System now fully functional again.
Engineer Ryan phoned in advance to confirm he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was courteous professional and efficient, and everything is in perfect working order now. 5 Stars .

I had a flashing light on my Quooker. I email the company and was contacted the following day. They offered me a number of appointment dates. Blain arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and had repaired quickly and efficiently. He was the tidiest repair engineer we have ever had in the house. I couldn't recommend Blaine or Quooker highly enough.
Quick and professional service. Quooker should inform clients not to use soap near the tap sensor. The technician was very nice and helpful.

The length of time to get someone to come out and fix the issue needs to be reduced. But in saying that, Ryan came on time, was efficient and fixed the problem quickly. Also provided some salient tips on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Our recent purchase and installation of a Combi tank has been excellent to date. From showroom advice and info from Ben in Manchester to the prompt delivery and arrival of Ryan, I am impressed with Quooker efficiency. Installation was speedy, tidy and any questions were answered. Too early to say yet how wonderful our new tap system will be but so far all has been noteworthy. Thank you to all your team.
Ryan was highly efficient and repaired/replaced the faulty hose which was a serious burn hazard. The fault resulted in boiling water flowing from the tap for some seconds when the cold tap is activated after the hot tap is shut off. A number of my family incurred burns to their hands as a result and were fortunate that the eventual cold flow prevented serious injury. Quooker should have proactively replaced the hoses.
Excellent service from Gheorghe R when I rang with a problem with my Quooker tap. He was extremely helpful and professional. Quick responses with a helpful email and had me booked in quickly for a call out with no hassle.Harry S the engineer call out today on time and he was very professional. Ryan was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. All work carried out as requested and whole sink area left clean and tidy. Full explanation of what work was done and why and helpful maintenance tips also provided. Very professional.
