Wonderful salesperson. She was very helpful in finding the correct mattress for me. She was thorough and knowledgeable and found the on-line bed I wanted.Was excellent with all the information details.
Went in to look for a bedroom set for spare room. Saw a set it said $750, so I asked the salesman to figure a price for that plus a decent mattress. He came back with the manager and she said it was marked wrong price. I was upset so I left the store. Why would they loose the sale? Anyway I went home and hrs later I called back and took the set anyways even tho I wasn’t happy about what happened. I just think it was bad customer service. Thought they had to honor the price that was marked. I may check into this. Unhappy customer!!

I received 6 competing texts and/or emails regarding delivery with different answers each time. No way to do business.
The staff were fabulous, so helpful and we got everything done in one day. I went to two locations as the Ocean store did not have what I wanted. So the manager, John, suggested I go to the Manalapan store. I met with the manager there and the service supervisor. They were all great experiences.
It was a great experience. We were greeted once we entered the store and the sales associate was very accommodating and led us to purchasing a mattress that was right for us. Very pleased with the whole experience.
My mother-in-law was looking for chairs to fit a small room in her house. Sharon really took her time to find a comfortable but small couple of chairs to fit the room.
The manager was not only rude and insulting but racist as well. I will never make another purchase based on the treatment of the Yonkers Outlet store manager. I would appreciate an email and apology from R&F Corporate Office!
