Refusing to refund me

I bought an iphone from Reboxed over 2 months ago. The item was held up at a Royal Mail depot and I never received it. Reboxed have failed to refund my money, claiming they are awaiting the response from Royal Mail. However Citizens Advice have since told me that i should not have to wait for the decision from Royal Mail and Reboxed are legally bound to refund me. However I a yet to receive my refund!! Terrible customer service do not trust.

Shockingly Ignored

Can’t rate a zero star so had to give 1. I echo what many others are stating in their reviews “Stay away from this company” Ordered an iPhone 12 purple #16156 on 4th May, money processed immediately and confirmation email received, advised delivery 3-5 days (tracked). All is well I’m happy at this stage. However after allowing for the bank holiday Monday I had still not received any tracking ref, so on Wednesday 8th May I contacted their CS team. The reply was basically, sorry technical issue we don’t have the phone you ordered, however we can send a different grade and colour! Which I declined and asked for a refund, along with an explanation as to why they processed my payment if not in stock and also why am I having to contact them to find this out?. A further 2 days on and after several more emails requesting my refund I receive a notification that I have a delivery due, for the downgraded phone I declined…. I contacted again to be told there was another error and that it will not be sent as I didn’t accept the offer. I again asked for my refund! Wrong again Royal Mail tracker has come through with date of delivery advice. I contact again to be told of sorry we cannot setup a return to sender you will have to refuse the delivery and then when the tracking is updated we will process your refund…. So now I am sat here out of pocket, no phone that I ordered, awaiting a phone I didn’t order, to then refuse delivery before they will even action my initial refund. Absolutely disgusting, and zero Customer Service skills. I have requested to speak with the so called senior management team who have been responsible for this shambles. I’m still sat waiting!

Trying to get my money back

I ordered a phone and paid for it only to be told they didn't have one in stock. I was offered an alternative phone, which I accepted, but on trying it out It wasn't what I wanted, so I set out to return the phone with a full refund of money paid. Up to this point, everything was excellent. However, getting my money back became a confusing journey, with many emails to customer service explaining what had happened and what I now wanted, which was my £179 back. What should have been a smooth exchange became an extremely stressful time requiring a lot of effort on my part. Customer service eventually understood and actioned the refund

Chose Reboxed because it appeared to offer what I wanted to achieve to sell my i phone. I sent the phone into Reboxed after confirmation emails, and I went with fully tracked and insured at my own expense, which I was happy to do. Reboxed offered other good alternatives. The actual turnabout time stated was not actually what happened. Further emails to Reboxed followed, some were replied too. I was becoming concerned that this may be a scam, HOWEVER on 2nd May the payment, in full, was deposited in my account. So, I am relieved and very happy. Thankyou Reboxed.

My new Iphone 14 pro comes by royal…

My new Iphone 14 pro comes by royal mail and not a fake one ( done my test given it to a friend who has the same model phone and nothing he seen was misplace None of it was too good to be even an clone I can tell because is looks too good ( to be a copy of something ) Done a Pay in 3 because is cheaper to get it for £223 for 3 mouths ( was in Great edition because i was not risking getting a lower Grade than Great ) I Tested all the checklist they said they did Not one of them has failed that very well done there IOS - Maybe one update behide but at least i know is real because fakes mostly used other OS than IOS

They sell stolen phones, mine is blacklisted

I bought an Iphone 14 Pro for my wife and it stopped working out of a sudden. After a phone call to my network provider (O2) they informed me that my phone was black listed, the phone's IMEI was blocked and they asked me were I bought it? As if it wasn't me who reported it it must have been it's previous owner, which you only do if it has been stolen from you. I tried to be in touch with the company without luck, they don't reply to emails and they have no telephone number. Stay away

Very impressed with reboxed

Very impressed with reboxed, was reluctant to get a used device but refuse to pay phone contract prices. Luckily my provider smarty also offered discount from reboxed so thought I’d give it a go. The phone arrived on time well packaged with a new lead and some sweats!! These kept the kids quiet long enough for me to set up the new device so added bonus!! The device was in excellent condition absolutely no complaints. I will alway buy secondhand from now on it’s the best way to save money. Thanks reboxed for a great service!

Selling faulty phones that last 4 weeks

Bought phone after 4 weeks screen stopped working took for ever to get any response from reboxed finally had a response after a week or so then took several more days for them to send the return details. Phone was sent back and nothing no response to emails nothing. I've had to go and buy a new phone as now i dont trust these second hand phone sites . No customer service no nothing . Sad thing is you try and do your bit for the planet and you just end up getting ripped off

Absolute shambles on a company

Absolute shambles on a company, my partner purchased an iPhone 13 recently and the box eventually turned up after 6 days (was meant to be 3 working days) She’s goes to open the box and there’s no phone inside, we’ve raised a dispute with reboxed and haven’t heard anything back for over a month, so for the meantime this money is lost/stolen and they have done nothing to help us out!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, it’s far to risky spending that much money and having a chance that it won’t turn up in its box!!!

extremely slow support

Quick delivery and nice presentation started off well had an issue with the device so 😔 initiated a return took 7 days to get a response to my return request and to get a label 😠 and now it’s taken so far 5 days since the device has been delivered back to them had no response back to say they have got it and started processing the return. So glad I used by credit card because it’s not my money in limbo. this is really bad service I’ve now had second thoughts on purchasing any further devices from this company and have now purchased another device elsewhere. how is two week so far acceptable to sort out a faulty device return
