Company had sent me order to someone else and someone else’s order to me. The issue is, they’ve given my personal details on a paper invoice to someone else I didn’t consent to sharing details with. Upon addressing this, the response was asking me to just go and send the item back to them. No mention of the fact my details are with another consumer. I’ll be seeking legal advice on what to do here, since it was a huge GDPR breach and it appears the correct steps were not taken to rectify the issue or apologise.

I love Revital. They have a great range at good prices and very fast delivery. My only complaint is with the Dirtea Cacao product I bought as Dirtea have obviously changed their formulation and not for the better. A lot less chocolatey and much more mushroomy. Not really what so want as a bedtime drink…..

Wouldnt even give these one star. I ordered specifically vitamin D2 as I am deficient in this. I was sent D3 and when I emailed them about this they lied and said this was the same as the product I ordered. I could not believe the attitude of this person. This was after waiting a long time to respond. I emailed again no response. Then I have not been sent a product I ordered. It says will be sent on the receipt. When I did order ordered another product which was actually out of stock. I dont know what to do with the item as I dont want it but do not trust this company to refund me as I have read they have not others. As for the remaining product where is it ? Terrible company. It took a long time for delivery too.
