This was my first order at Revolve. I love my dress, very fast delibery to Belgium. I also see some negative reviews. For what I can tell I loved my experience and will order again in the future.

COMPANY STOLE ALMOST $2000.00 FROM ME!!!!!!!! They are refusing to refund it! Never buy from here. EVER!!! I will be sending this to any news outlets and tik tok influencers for help!!!! I ordered $3000.00 in product about 5 months ago from this online clothing retail company called revolve. The company sent the the packages but some items were not in the package. Almost $1000.00 worth!! The company told me they would not help me and to dispute it with my bank, which I did and the bank refunded me and sided with me against the company. I then returned the other items through a company they work with called ”happy returns” which is located in other locations like a petco. (weird I know.) I did this and have emailed proof the items were returned to that location and were now not in my possession. This was over 4 months ago. The company refuses to refund me saying the bank returned the money. ( which they did not, only for the items not received) The company says they won’t refund and go to the bank. I’ve been fighting this for 4 months and am extremely frustrated. THE BANK IS UNABLE TO REOPEN ANOTHER CASE SINCE I HAD TO DISPUTE THE NON SHIPPED ITEMS. THE COMPANY STILL HAS MY MONEY AND I HAVE A VOICEMAIL AND ENAILS SHOWING THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT TILL I PAY THEM BACK MONEY FOR THE ITEMS I NEVER GOT!!!!!!!
I was going to order from this site, but thank you reviewers, I think I shall not, the risks are too great.

Ho acquistato un correttore Tower 28 sul sito Revolve. La consegna è avvenuta in modo eccellente, veloce e tramite mail, dal sito mi hanno tenuto informata sullo stato dell spedizione. Prodotto ottimo, corregge bene le occhiaie e non si ferma nelle rughe (ho 53 anni).

I RECEIVED A 325$ DAMAGED DRESS. The strap is completely detached! Now leaving to a destination wedding with a dress that’s unwearable! Can’t explain the with stress of having to try to fix it, while on vacation, I was offered a ridiculous compensation. I can’t even explain how upset I am, just save yourself time and disappointment and DONT BUY THERE

I have been dealing with this company for many years. The warehouse team lately has been totally off with sending merchandise out. The f up and I have to pay for it. So they sent me a package with 2 items instead of 4 I was told the warehouse confirmed 4 have been shipped. So the best part is I shipped back the 2 items and they never refunded me saying they never recieved the package even though there was proof of delivery to the warehouse. Gets better then I open a claim with uos and only 1 item magically appears. So then I receive 2 packages with the same 2 items that they are not even aware that I received no matter how many emails and pictures I sent. The end of the story is the warehouse is so not doing there job they are shipping wrong items leaving items out and losing packages. Customer service is great but they refuse to refund me the money they owe me for the 2 items even though they see all the proof in front of them. Not worth the aggravation of high priced items missing. Better off buying from the direct source or department stores.
it takes complicated processes to get just a cloth. it doesn't matter how much they sell on the site for me, but can't get that steps. Just lazy to follow their rules. can be eliminated by amazon. But the stuffs seem good quality, i haven't gotten tho
