Natürlich haben Rimova -Koffer die vollen Fünf Sterne verdient, aber hier geht es um den Online Shop. Wieso arbeiten Sie mit UPS? Da werden die Kunden unnötig enttäuscht. Dafür habe ich kein Verständnis, das passt doch überhaupt nicht zu den Erwartungen, die Sie selbst haben sollten.

Sharing experience regarding ordering cabin twist and signature nylon bag. Website easy to navigate, continual updates on status and arrived not only a day early, but several hours early. Perfect way to start the day. The cabin twist is a beautiful piece of luggage, using it for the first time in 2 weeks. The signature nylon bag is exquisite. I opted for the navy blue v. black and thrilled with the decision. Very dark, could almost pass for black at a distance, but up close, a luxurious navy hue. Highly recommend this color option. Found a couple secret pockets on the side I didn't originally see! Perfect for cell phone. Have always hesitated on getting LV Horizon 55, not due to cost, but "stuffiness" of the brand. Rimowa not only more cost effective, but is the "cool, jet-set" brand . . glad I waited as I was just recently introduced to the Rimowa brand. Jumped right on it. Highly recommend indulging this luxury!
Je m’inscrit sur les alertes de disponibilité du site RIMOWA afin d’être avertie lorsque les modèles que je souhaite sont disponibles. Je commande mes deux valises, il s’agit d’un cadeau, les deux doivent arriver en même temps. Ma commande est bien validée par Rimowa. Jusque là tout va bien. Je souligne cependant qu’il y en a pour une valeur de plus de 2000€. La suite de corse…. Dans le suivi de commande, une seule des deux est expédiée, l’autre en « attente de préparation »…. Aucune nouvelle de la marque. C’est donc bien évidemment au client d’appeler pour savoir ce qu’il se passe. « Désolé, en fait la seconde n’était pas en stock »Une seule expédiée, non reçue à ce jour. Mon compte bancaire est cependant bien débité! Et pour tout dédommagement le service client vous envoie 2 autocollants comme si j’avais 4 ans… une honte
Good availability of luggages and fast delivery
Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal im hauseigenen Store in Stuttgart. Alles wurde bestens erklärt und es wurde sich ausreichend Zeit für die Beratung genommen. Der Koffer ( Hybrid Cabin) macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und sieht super schön aus. Das Garantieversprechen und die globale Präsenz haben für mich die Entscheidung voll abgerundet. Hoffen wir, dass bei einem möglichen Servicefall später genauso anspruchsvoll umgegangen wird.
