Placed an order for a couple of deep frame boxes. Perfect product that I needed. Upon arrival, unfortunately one of the frames had a crack on the glass so I contacted Rinkit team and received a reply almost instantly which was very reassuring. I then got issued out a replacement frame which was delivered not even 24 hours later. Very impressed with the service
Ordered one day delivery was the very next day that’s very good service The only complaint I have is I ordered the fabric door stops which are apparently filled with sand which leaves a lot of dusty sand mess.
I ordered 8 firepits for our campsite and they were delivered so quickly! Unfortunately one was broken. I sent an email to customer service asking for help and had a reply within 5 minutes, apologising for the breakage, and said a replacement would be sent to me immediately. The service was absolutely fantastic. Mathilde was very pleasant in her email. Thank you Rinkit!
Very unimpressed to be signed up to a mailing list after simply viewing an item in the basket. No consent given, Rinkit don't seem fussed about this poor practice.

One of the items I ordered was received broken. I emailed the Sales Team at Rinkit who were very quick to respond and the same day arranged for a replacement to be shipped, which arrived within 48 of the original delivery. Have dealt with this company over some years and they’re always quick and efficient. Once received the wrong order and it was very swiftly resolved, have this time had one wine glass of 6 arrive broken and again immediately replacements are organised. The Glasses are lovely! Well done Rinkit!
I’ve had an awful experience buying from this place. I’ve been corresponding with someone called Danielle about my order that was marked delivered, the photo of the delivery shows a box left somewhere. From the moment I contacted them querying the tracking being incorrect, they’ve accused me of fraud, to the point their last email is threatening to “notify authorities”, also saying they have “evidence of the parcel being opened & “played with” at the address on the day it was delivered” - I ordered a jug & set of cups & a bowl, items you don’t play with so I found this strange too. We bought a different colour set from another company, who this Danielle said doesn’t sell the same products, but they do.. metal camping table wear can be found all over the place, so I don’t really understand. I feel violated and I feel attacked… I’ve had a very hostile customer service experience with this person or this company and have since contacted trading standards for advice on this situation. This person also said my order was “flagged fraudulent” as her very first correspondence to me because my clearpay account declined twice, due to my number changing and surname changing since getting married… it took me a couple times before I realised why it had declined. I highly recommend being careful ordering from this company, and would suggest the company look at their customer service employees & the way they operate. This situation has upset me more than it should because we’re currently going to health issues in the family and am back and forth with hospital and dr appointments, and then to have this person claim all sorts of outrageous things and tell me she has “the right to telling authorises, couriers, anyone really of fraud at this address, I’m gobsmacked. I have never ordered from this company before, and I won’t order from them again. I’ve also spoken with the courier myself who only direct me to speak with the sender so I really am stuck in this situation now where I’ve paid for this order with them, and a second for our replacement that is yet to arrive. I just really recommend buying from anywhere else, and avoiding the upset entirely. I feel very uncomfortable with their claims and think it’s terrible. Just avoid.
I ordered a porcelain tea, sugar and coffee set of cannisters They were delivered two days later (most impressive), but unfortunately one was broken. I sent an email to customer service asking for help as I really liked the set,and had a reply within an hour or so, apologising for the breakage, and said a replacement would be sent to me immediately. Sure enough the item was delivered today. Can say, the service was great, and Mathilde was very pleasant in her email. Well done Rinkit, most impressed, thank you.
Absolutely loved the multi coloured chairs and the folding round table perfect for students. Top quality gloss finish and padded. You cant get something so good for so little money amazing will be back. I 100% recomend Rinkit.

I was a bit sceptical at first but I’ve ordered twice from them now and both times, I have received my delivery just 2 days later!
I recently bought some corked carafes and glasses from Rinkit, they arrived promptly and are lovely and of a very good quality - very very happy with them and for a really reasonable price Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken, despite being packaged well, I contacted the company and received a prompt reply and a replacement is being sent to me. So all in all a great experience and excellent customer service I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely use again - thank you Rinkit
Ordered Sunday afternoon, the parcel arrived the next day, when opened some of the glasses had smashed, got it touch with customer service who are sending out replacements straight away. Fab price, great, quality products and fantastic customer service.
Really good experience. Easy to purchase, excellent communication throughout and even when I had a damaged in transit item they replied to my email within the hour at 18:45 and issued a replacement immediately. I only write reviews for an excellent service or a really poor one. This time it’s an EXCELLENT to RinkIt.
I’ve never used Rinkit before, but spotted and ordered 6 marble table mats on Saturday 20th April in the afternoon. They were delivered on Sunday 21st by 9.35 a.m which is fairly admirable in itself. Unfortunately 2 of them had damaged corners so I emailed the company soon afterwards - this is a Sunday mind(!) - got a reply half an hour later and replacements this morning (Tuesday) by 10.30 am! That is an astonishing turnaround. The table mats are lovely and just what I was looking for and the replacements are perfect. But the service was really impressive and the communication excellent. Will definitely use again.
