Lovely tasty fruit & vegetables. Medium sized box fed us for the week, excellent quality and fantastic selection with some interesting items. The cooking tips and storage information made it all easy to use as well.
Love how easy it is to order from a fantastic choice of organic products - delivered to the door. Great to have the recipe book too - it’s opened a new world!

The quality of produce is very high but it was disappointing to have the asparagus component substituted for a red pepper, which seemed to be trading down.
Have had 3 deliveries and they’ve all been great. We get a regular fruit box and have had 2 veg boxes too. Nice variety and quality. We’ve certainly reduced our plastic waste as a result.

Expensive organic vegetables, much of which comes from abroad, quality distinctly average and taste often not great. I’m truly sorry if that sounds very negative, but at the premium price which we are paying this company would not expect tasteless carrots, slug infested lettuce, dried out French beans, rotten peppers, et cetera. Given that the alternative is to use an exploitative supermarket we keep going with the boxes, but I would love to find a practical way to support local farmers and enjoy quality local produce, seasonal, not necessarily organic. Sadly, this is not it.
Wonderful selection of produce, delivered by a friendly, professional driver. Also loved the recipe ideas online for box contents. So pleased we've signed up!
The fruit and veg are so tasty 100 times better than the non organic supermarket fruit and veg, plus it keeps so much longer. Nice to eat fruit and veg that have not been treated with deadly chemicals

I am now waiting for my fourth delivery and have no qualms whatsoever that the quality of the vegetables and other essentials will be top notch. I love that the boxes the produce comes in are collected the following week and reused, same as the glass bottles. You obviously pay more than you would in a supermarket, but knowing the ethics behind the growing and that everything is organic is worth that little bit extra.

Very disappointed with the quality of your vegetables especially the carrots, cucumbers and broccoli! The carrots are of poor quality, arrives broken and very tiny! Honestly, I want to stop my orders! Not locally sourced and doesn’t taste good!
Excellent products which are well packed and delivered as planned. Excellent credentials and mission.The only issue is with items being unavailable when the order is sent. Otherwise a brilliant company . Heartily recommend
I’m cofounder of the Sustainable Soils Alliance and sorry to be late to the party of the genuine Riverford experience. The only thing I need to think more about is food miles. I’d be happy to have more local and less exotic (literally) even from Spain in winter.
If you saw my box that was delivered and previous ones you would laugh you're head off. Bendy cucumber that litterally could bend in half. Couliflower that was falling apart it was so old. Soft mushrooms and potatoes. I got a refund and I'm off. Can't be bothered with them anymore and their over priced rubbish. And before you bother getting in touch with me about my review riverford. I've sent it emails. I've spoken to you on the phone about this and had the refund. Nothing more to be done or said, but people need to be made aware of the rubbish that I've been receiving.
Receiving the box when they say it will arrive . Left in a safe place . Vegetables are fresh and tasty. The information leaflets are very handy and informative.

Very nice and very tasty produce, glad that it is all sourced from the UK. It’s nice to make meals out of what is delivered instead of having to think what the buy every week.
