I knew the strimmer I wanted. My local supplier didn't have one in stock and tried selling me another one. However, I spotted this one online and at a better price, all delivered to my door in 2 days. The whole transaction was seamless.
Good service and good value. Allow 2-3 days for delivery in April/May as it is their busiest time. 4 stars, only because DPD delivered the strimmer with the packaging in tatters. Robert Kee's dealt with the issue professionally when I contacted them.
I've ordered a new Stihl strimmer and a few other things. I got delivered 2 days later and I received a package for a different version of my strimmer (loop and not the bike one). I thought they made a mistake, I sent an email to the support, got a reply back to confirm it was the good product and all was in. I opened and it was all good. Top service and I couldn't find a better price when I shopped around.
