Excellent service! Be mindful this website is selling genuine luggages outside of the UK, based in Denmark so if you are in a hurry dont expect next day delivery service. Purchased mine and wifes Samsonite luggages for our overdue long haul flight away. I chose rolling luggage to take advantage of the 10% off my first order. The luggages came within 5 days of ordering via UPS complete with tracking. I must highlight due to technical issues paying via PayPal portal, my order was put through twice so I ended up getting charged twice also. By the time I realised I have already received multiple emails of dispatched tracking numbers to confirm luggages are already on they're way. So I called customer service based in the UK (London I think) explained the situation to the rep and was briefly put on hold then he reassured me with instructions to simply reject the delivery of the duplicate items when it arrives so it can be returned. Refund issued once the process is complete. Apart from the minor issues it was worth the 10% off and the competent customer service gave me a positive experience, not to forget the luggages arrived at a timely manner.
Ordered a Tumi cabin bag on 6th. January. Tracking shows that the item arrived at UPS depot and was immediately returned to the sender. I have e mailed many times, spent the best part of a day ringing them to no avail. Eventually I got through to them. They promised to investigate but never got back to me. Called them yesterday and discovered that they were waiting to receive returned item from UPS before dispatching my item. They promised to investigate and get back to me. They have not contacted me. They have almost 500 GBP of my money and will not communicate with me. Terrible customer service, terrible company. Beware!
Realizei uma encomenda no site com o número 4112 na sexta feira (dia 23) e até agora a única informação que tenho nos site é que ainda se encontra em preparação, nem me deram nenhuma estimativa de entrega nada! O pior de tudo é que contactei por sms a linha de apoio no whatsapp visualizaram os sms e não responderam.
Bought a Samsonite carry-on in april 2017, used it twice. The zipper from one side does not close the bag now, didnt strain it or anything. Guy at the counter in CPH Airport where I bought it, told me they could send ot to Belgium for repair for 2-3 weeks instead of just swapping it. It was 2.249 DKK (300 Euro) and they guy simply didnt care. He could see the error in the store! Worst store ever, will post this everywhere!
Purchased a new Samsonite case via Rollingluggage.com online website. The price and product was very good. From my experience I would recommend buying from this company.
