This was the first time I had ordered from Rose & Grey and they did not disappoint! I was a bit unsure as there aren't many Trustpilot reviews, but noticed that Feefo had plenty so gave it a go. I had my eye on a side table for my client for two months which was out of stock and I had searched everywhere for it with no luck. I had received the back in stock email from Rose & Grey and ordered that same evening. It was shipped the next day (so quick!) and out for delivery the following working day. The table was packaged so well (thanks Jon!) and there was no damage during transport. I will definitely be using them again for future client projects and personal orders!
I ordered a green marble occasional table. It arrived very well packaged but on opening it there is a small chip on the marble edge. It is not enough to make me go through the hassle of sending it back but it’s sad as otherwise it is a nice piece of furniture.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish - did exactly what they said and our Oak Shaker stools arrived as described and when stated. Will certainly use them again.
We ordered a very expensive armchair earlier this year. It was a big decision as it was quite an expensive piece of furniture. Initially there was a payment cock up with the bank - and the company didn't help by giving me incorrect information. I spent time speaking to the bank, who informed me that the info the company had given me was incorrect. The company only contacted me by email, which reached my spam folder. No attempt was made to call me about the issue. As a result of all of this, the order didn't actually get approved for several weeks, which added to the overall delay caused by the very long construction and delivery timelines. We purchased the chair in February but the order didn't get processed until March. We asked the company how it was planning to respond to resolve the issue and respond to our poor experience. We were not satisfied with the response and there was no offer of financial compensation - whether small or large. We nearly cancelled the order given how expensive the item of furniture was and the standard of customer care we expected, but decided to go ahead. However, we will NOT be using Rose and Grey again and don't recommend that anyone else uses them for such expensive purchases.
We got a Didsbury sofa from R&G - it arrived yesterday and we’re absolutely in love with it. Obviously we cannot comment on how it’s ageing just yet, but the AquaClean velvet looks fantastic and passed my personal Fierce Scratch Test with the 10/10 result. We got it in Sienna colour which is absolutely divine - the sample didn’t do it justice AT ALL. It’s worth visiting their shop to see the sofas (and sit on them!) first, as they all have different levels of softness/ hardness. The customer service has been spectacular throughout the entire process and the ladies have been responding to the avalanche of my emails like true champs. Thank you indeed!
Absolutely delighted with my purchase of one of their beautiful Hugo Chesterfield sofas. Wonderful customer service throughout the process (regular updates regarding the progress of the order and they were very helpful and generous - offering to accommodate problems arising at my end in respect of delivery). The sofa was in perfect condition and beautifully made. I was also very impressed by the care shown by the courier service. Would 100% recommend!
Have been amazing with my new sofa; agreed to keep my sofa for a short period of time whilst I wait to exchange, prompt replies, really helpful measurement charts etc. Really recommend this company so far!
I ordered the grey Elsa Side Table. Excellent quality and looks fantastic, sturdy and stylish. I'm very happy with the product. Service was great, I ordered standard delivery, it was dispatched the day following and arrived here the next day with Parcelforce. Would be very happy to use the company again
Driver failed to find our house and claims they left card through door, I have CCTV on my house and no deliveries were attempted at our address. Now going round in circles with company, they fail to pick up email threads and calls are pointless, have now requested a refund as I cannot go to post office to collect large item and no longer want it due to the way I have been dealt with. I realise it is December but this is ridiculous so I am now making this claim through Paypal as thats the only way I can see to get my money back!
