The customer service was amazing from start to finish. There was help in determining which watch was most suitable, with descriptions of the differences between them, so I found the right one. There was a fair and generous offer made by customer service when they did not receive the watch I sent back as a return. Overall I found this company to have an excellent product, be fair, prompt in replying and trustworthy. I recommend them highly.

Habe Halskettchen mit personalisierten Pailletten bestellt. Bei der Präsentation sah es wesentlich größer am Hals aus. Leider sind die goldfarbenen Pailletten so klein, dass man eine Lupe bräuchte um überhaupt etwas zu erkennen. Außerdem ist die Kette zu kurz. Ich habe das auch beanstandet und um Lösungsmöglichkeiten gebeten. Es hat sich aber niemand gemeldet.

Slechte klantenservice na leveren slechte kwaliteit

Een armband met geboortestenen en een hartje eraan besteld. Binnen de kortste keren viel één van de pendants eraf. Hierna een nieuwe gekregen en wederom viel er weer één af. Lang verhaal kort, ZES keer problemen ervaren met de pendants, ofwel ze vielen eraf of de pendant ging stuk. Meermaals gemaild en geprobeerd te bellen. Helaas kunnen ze niet terug bellen, ondanks dat dit was beloofd in de mailwisseling. Binnen de garantietijd aangegeven dat ik enorm teleurgesteld ben in het product (was ook nog eens een cadeau aan mijn partner) en dat ik mijn geld terug wil. De enige mogelijkheid die ze geven is een voucher óf een vervanging van de pendants. Het is niet eens mogelijk om de pendants te vervangen én mijn geld (voucher) terug te krijgen. Ik ben enorm teleurgesteld in de kwaliteit van dit product en de klantenservice. Je zou verwachten dat ze het erg vinden dat ze een product hebben geleverd die niet aan de kwaliteit voldoet (overigens is dit product niet meer te vinden op hun website). En dat ze hier excuses voor maken, inclusief je geld terug. Hier niet meer bestellen!

Lovely watch, good customer service

Ordered a watch for my daughters birthday, had left it to last minute, but the website said delivery within 2 days. I had it engraved and in confirmation email it stated that it would be 4 days due to personalisation. I was a bit annoyed as I needed it for the Sunday and the 2 days would have been enough time, so I emailed the company to complain it was not made clear that engraving would take a further few days to process. The lady (Simone) whom I conversed with via email, was very apologetic and understanding and asked if I wanted to cancel engraving as the order had not yet gone through, but I said I would wait. She then messaged me a day later to say that the order had been processed and the engraving completed, so would be shipped immediately and worst case, arrive on the Monday. The customer service has been amazing, considering I have not been the easiest of customers and the watch itself is beautiful and my daughter is very pleased. Based on my experience I would recommend this company, just don't leave gift buying to the last minute.

Amazing customer service and experience

The company was very easy to work with and refunded me on an order that the fedex company lost. I had spent a week arguing with fedex about reimbursing me for the package that they lost, but they were not helpful at all. I reached out to rosefield even though they had no part in losing my package, but they still helped me. I am extremely satisfied with the way this company handles customer service.

Disappointing Customer Service and website incorrectly advertised

Having been a customer with several watches with this company I must say the customer service did not live to the expectation. I kept getting conflicting advice from each of the CS rep I spoke to. Their website states that "free shipping on all orders" however this is not true. Their website is misleading and they do not honor their mistake. When I contacted CS firstly I was told the minimum shipping amount was £36 for free shipping again nowhere on the website does it state that when my order amount was £39. There is no phone number for contact and it takes 24 hours for someone to write a reply with no help. When they do contact you they say sorry meant to tell you it's £40 minimum for shipping not free. They clearly don't care about customer retention. I am really disappointed with the advice received and not honored as their website is incorrect.

When our watch didn’t arrive in the mail, I contacted the support team at Rosefield and they were just so helpful, never doubting my story. They simply made arrangements for another watch to be sent immediately, which arrived this time. There’s a way to do support and there’s a way not to do support - and Rosefield know how to value a customer by making a difficult experience easy…a stressful situation calming. Hats off to these guys.

Vier armbandjes besteld met…

Vier armbandjes besteld met geboortesteentjes, de eerste was al met een halfjaar stuk. Daarvoor hebben we een nieuwe gekregen. De tweede is na een jaar dragen stuk gegaan en daarnaast binnen het jaar (garantie) al verkleurd. Erg slechte kwaliteit en ze houden zich vast aan hun jaar garantie en willen dan niets meer voor je betekenen.
