Basic ... cheap jewelry at a cheap price. You get what you pay for. However, I have had a constant blizzard of spam email since my one purchase. I have clicked 'unsubscribe' every time until I realized they won't stop it. So, I rate them at 2, a basic purchase with irritating non stop daily SPAM emails.
I bought 4 of the diamond and sapphire bands. They are absolutely beautiful. I recieved them in a timely manner. Thank you very much 🙂

I ordered 2 rings for my wife's birthday and paid extra to have them delivered before her birthday. They never arrives. Traced training number which said recipiente requested hold for pickup at station,which o never did. Called rs and I explained to them what happened and rhey said they would investigating. Heard nothing. Called back 4 times and each time I was told I had requested hold for pickup. Finally I spoke to someone in management that said they spoke to ups and I would receive delivery in 2 days. Never received anything. 2 days later received notice from UPS package had been returned to sender. Yesterday saw pending refund on my cc. BEWARE rs nay have cheap jewelery but they have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION YOU WILL GO THRU

I've bought plenty from Ross-Simon's over the years. Recently I had to return a product and requested a paper label be mailed to me because I don't use or have a printer. I was told from customer service, "we can do that for you this time, but normally we only mail labels to our high end customers". Are you kidding me? That's what you call customer service? I'd rather eat a bucket of dirt than ever buy from Ross-Simon's in the future. I wouldn't want them straining their budget by sending piece of paper in the mail.

I ordered a Swarovski Crystal Gray Wolf Figurine fromm Ross Simons. It was my first and last purchase from them. There was heavy tape residue on the bottom of the figurine from when the previous owner had taped it down. After spending 20 minutes cleaning off the tape residue, I noticed upon closer inspection that there were scratches on the side of the figurine. Presumably from where it had fallen, prompting the previous owner to tape it down. If I wanted used figurines I would be monitoring ebay auctions and probably getting a better price than I got from these people. I would not trust this site.
I purchased a14k rose gold which tarnished yellow in approximately 10 months. The company exchanged it for another 14k rose gold that tarnished in less than 2 months. They accepted the second one and offered me a store credit so I could continue to buy jewelry that are not as described. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!
I received the order for this ring but the sizing is extremely small. My ring size is 7 American. I ordered a size 8 and could hardly get it off my finger . According to the actual size received, I would need to order a size 9. I returned this item and subsequently had to return other rings not knowing what I now know about sizing. Please provide feedback as to the status of the other two orders. On a side note, the quality of the merchandise is very good and the return process is simple with fast crediting of refunds.

The heart is perfect but the chain is too light weight. If I had realized that I would have ordered something else! All in all looks lovely together. Giving to my granddaughter for her 16th birthday.

Furthermore, when I sought clarification on the warranty coverage, I was met with dismissive responses and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. It's disappointing to see a company fail to stand behind the quality of its products and adequately inform customers about warranty options. What's more, the company refused to provide an avenue for me to share my experience through a product review on their website. Their response indicated that they only solicit reviews within a 30-day window, leaving no opportunity for customers to provide feedback beyond that timeframe. Overall, I cannot recommend this bracelet due to its poor quality and the lack of transparency regarding warranty coverage. Potential buyers should be aware of these issues before making a purchase decision.
I was nervous ordering gold online, but the length, clasp and brightness of the chain was much better than I even hoped it would be. I also bought a small puff heart pendant for it.. I haven't taken it off since I got it about 10 days ago. Ross-Simons is the real deal Recommend
