Unfortunately, the beautiful dress that I bought online from Ruby Rouge was too big. The smaller size was sold out so I was very unlucky. However, this didn’t stop me from having a very positive experience with this retailer. Prompt delivery and even faster communication regarding my refund. I won’t hesitate to shop with them again. Hopefully, I will have better luck next time.

As I'm a Ruby customer that's between sizes, I just want to express the importance of including size & fit details on the items that are sized S, M, L etc. It really helps to read your opinions on the fit/style and know your recommendations on whether to size up or down. Nothing worse than no info but taking a chance/guessing, placing the order only to open the package when it arrives and realise its too small or big! Other than that, great choice & super fast delivery.

Ruby Rouge has a very efficient online delivery service. Returns are easy and processed quickly. I wish they would bring back the size guide again. Currently, this section is rarely completed on their app and website. It is crucial information when you are buying clothing online.
