After a disappointing experience with another website that failed to deliver my Wedding rings, Ruby and Oscar came to the rescue! Initially hesitant due to my past ordeal, I reached out to David on their Instagram page. His reassurance eased my worries, and I placed an order for two wedding rings last Sunday. Despite being in Ireland, they arrived just four days later! I was impressed by the speedy delivery and even more so by the quality of the rings. Experience was ok, got cancellation message after money taken from bank but customer services quickly reassured me that was a mistake and had already been reinstated. I ordered aquamarine earrings and the colour and quality is ok.
Item arrived the next day, no complaints from the recipient yet.
