Commande arrivée au bout de deux semaines, je suis conscient que ça vient des états unis, je veux bien être patient... En ce qui concerne les tarifs, on paye déjà les frais de ports, je veux bien, c'est normal. Ce qu'ils oublient de préciser c'est qu'une fois qu'on veut récupérer son colis à la poste, ils nous réclament 9€ de frais de douane. Je trouve ça inadmissible que ce ne soit pas inclus dans les frais de port ou au minimum précisé sur le site !

Great Company I ordered a straw hat, in error I submitted the order 2 times. I contacted customer service and they were able to get the extra order canceled and a refund processing very quickly. I can't wait for my hat as I'm sure it's an excellent product just the same as the customer service department.

There was a mistake in my shipping address and it was unfortunately outside their normal service hours. Joan contacted me and quickly solved the issue by having a new product sent out to the correct address. Quick resolution, very professional. The products themselves have always been excellent quality and continue to be. Highly recommend.

I ordered 2 straw hats and one had some damage to it. I contacted customer service and Joan helped me by getting me a new straw hat. Your products are the best I have ever used. My wife purchased a bucket hat for me a few weeks ago for Florida. I was fishing and beach sitting plus by the pool. I don’t think you could find a better bucket hat to use. Great product. We will see how it works in Aruba next month. Greg
I love my SA hat. I get a new one for summer every year because I use mine nearly every day in the Las Vegas heat. I received one as a birthday gift this year, and it was damaged on arrival. Customer service sent a new one after seeing photos of my damaged hat.
I ordered 2 hats. Shipping was kinda fast, and the product was packaged in a plastic bag. I tried the hat on and felt the brim was too big for my likening. I reached out for a return/refund. I was sent 2 free shipping/return labels. Instead of shipping the separately, I used 1 label and placed the other inside the package with the 2 hats. I was refunded for only 1. I reached out to ask about the other and I learned that the labels are scanned by the system on the outside package label. I was refunded for the 2nd hat. The customer service rep Joan H. was very informative and easy to work with.
I had an issue with one of my hats so I contacted the help email.. I’m so glad I did! Karol was extremely helpful and sorted the issue out for me immediately. Besides the one hat, everything else was perfect. I will definitely order again!
Ordered from SA before but this was the first time to buy the arm sleeves. I bought the 8 for $25 pack and was so interested in the designs and coloring that i totally never saw that it was for a single arm sleeve and not a pair. I just never saw this while I was shopping and tbh it still feels weird that they are not only sold in pairs, like the way that shoes are, but okay. I received the 8 single arm sleeves and then reached out to Customer Service to see how we could fix this issue. They gave me a few very fair options and now I feel much better about the purchase I made and will continue to be a customer of SA going forward. Nice that a company can work with their customers when things like this happen.
