Rude “salesman” and misleading…
Rude “salesman” and misleading advertisement Misleading advertisement on their website of a cross water “triple valve” what I and anyone would take that it would be a triple valve that was actually a double outlet. I tried to call customer service to resolve the matter urgently but kept on having the phone hung up on me so tried a different way and called sales I then had a very rude “salesman” on the phone being very rude not letting me get a work in talking over me constantly. All I wanted to say is that they need to update the website to say in the heading that this particular one is a double and if there was a way that I could get the right one out to me urgently as it’s now holding up a job and if we could do a delivery and return in one. Great shame a promising company had now left a sour taste just because 1 individual at the company has an attitude problem they were prompt on delivery and good on price but I would rather go somewhere else what is more expensive but has better customer service!
