This was my first time ordering with the company and I have found it rather frustrating. It is important to say first, however, that the half of my order that I did receive was in great condition, and that customer service staff have been unfailingly polite. Only half of my order arrived. On following this up the first time, I was told that it was coming in two boxes and the other half would arrive the next day. It didn't and on phoning again, I was told that it was never sent in two boxes and they didn't know why that was said to me by the first customer service representative. I deliberately ordered plants that would arrive by mid May as I very much wanted to get them planted. In only sending half my order, however, they have clearly since sold out of that batch of plants and I now cannot have the rest of my order until early June, which is beyond frustrating. I had high hopes for ordering from Sarah Raven and it has certainly not been as I anticipated.

The request for experience of the “shopping experience” again has arrived ages before the delivery of the goods. A “shopping experience” surely must include delivery and receipt of what you bought. Sarah Raven goods are usually pretty good. The persistent requests for feedback about the “shopping experience” weeks before delivery of the goods is a pain.
Somewhat disappointed at the time taken to deliver just 3 packets of seed. Ordered on 28th April and advised to allow 2 days for despatch. Oversized envelope finally arrived 9 days later on 7th May despite having to pay £2.50 postage.
Good plants well pack
Placed an order in March and am still waiting on products to arrive (coir jiffy refills and sweet pea tubes). tried contacting customer service only to get an automated response. No help what so ever. Have ordered products before and was happy-ish with products and service but not this time. Will not be using again.
Beautiful healthy plant, delivered well packaged and with good communication from delivery firm on the delivery time. All good 😊
As ever - my order arrived well packed and with very healthy plants. I had a query with the order and the staff responded quickly and were as helpful as previously experienced.

Online ordering was easy to use. Everything I was looking for was simple to find and I felt satisfied when I received the Receipt of my order. I look forward to it arriving.
Excellent service and products
I’ve ordered more on the basis of my last delivery with more to come …right up to early June. Hopefully quality is as good in the next batches, really pleased so far with first shipment.
