Assistenza inesistente! Ordinato un paio di scarpe per le quali devo fare il reso ma servizio clienti inesistente per concordare il ritiro. Ovviamente nessuna risposta al centralino, mail ignorate. Pessimo pessimo servizio!!
Ho acquistato un paio di mocassini per quasi 300€, ma purtroppo la taglia non è corretta. Ho inoltrato una richiesta di reso, ma sono già passati tre giorni e non ho ancora ricevuto istruzioni su come procedere. Ho anche inviato un'email per sollecitare una risposta. Ich habe einen Schuh zurückgeschickt und warte seit Monaten auf die Rückerstattung, leider ohne Erfolg. Niemand meldet sich. Ich kann Scarosso nicht empfehlen, da hinterher keiner mehr was wissen möchte.
Ich habe im Winter ein Paar Mokassins gekauft. Passten wie angegossen, angenehm zu tragen, sehr schön. Jetzt habe ich diese Schuhe einen Monat lang getragen und sie sind völlig ausgeleiert. Es fühlt sich an, als ob ich Bedeschlappen trüge. Für 150 € ein glatter Reinfall und nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Vorher hatte ich Mokassins von Shoepassion, die ich 5 Jahre getragen habe, bis sie "durch" waren...
I had an amazing experience with Scarosso. The shoes are beautifully crafted as I excepted and the customer service is superb. They were very helpful in helping me find my size in the specific shoe I purchased and responded to my emails only minutes after I sent them. Overall they are an amazing brand that produce well made products and have great customer service. I’ll be purchasing more from them.

Compré un par de zapatos en la web de Scarosso. Tardaron una semana en llegar a causa de un retraso por parte del transportista (GLS). La respuesta por parte del servicio de atención al cliente (Alba) fue rápida (menos de 4 horas en responder en cada contacto). Los zapatos recibidos son de buena calidad aparentemente. Magnífica presentación en caja con cierre imantado. Se acompaña de una dust bag y de un calzador en cada par. Experiencia positiva. Repetiré si el producto tiene buena durabilidad

Op donderdag een bestelling gedaan met express levering. Het zou dan uiterlijk op maandag bezorgd moeten worden. Tot de dag van vandaag heb ik niks ontvangen over de verzending of track en trace. Ik heb meerdere malen gemaild, maar wederom geen reactie. Je betaald 25 euro voor snelle verzending, maar er is niets van waar. Kortom bestel niet als je met spoed iets nodig hebt want het wordt niet verzonden.

Ich habe vor vier Wochen Schuhe bestellet, diese kamen nie bei mir an. Als ich nachfragt hieß es dass die Schuhe zurückgeschickt wurden. Anstatt dass Scarosso mir die Schuhe wieder schickt haben sie bereits ein Retourverfahren eingeleitet und mir gesagt dass ich die Schuhe einfach nochmal bestellen soll. Nun warte ich seit zwei Wochen auf eine Rückerstattung. Die Schuhe kosten jetzt btw. 50 Euro mehr als zu der Zeit wo ich sie bestellt habe. Der Kundenservice ist eine Vollkatastrophe! Man bekommst frühestens alle zwei Tage eine Antwort wo man nur damit vertröstet wird dass das Anliegen bei einer anderen Abteilung liegt. Also eine Online Bestellung ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen
10 weeks - no sign of delivery Hi, I placed my order on 15th Jan for a pair of shoes which were meant to be delivered within 2-4 weeks as they were on “pre-order”. It has now been more than 10 weeks and I still haven’t received them or any communication explaining how long it will take. This is extremely poor customer service.
I am not a big fan of leaving reviews about my purchases. However, since I see some negative reviews on Scarosso, I would like to share my experience. I have already got two shoe orders, both dress shoes. I want to say that I am happy with my purchase and that my experience has been very positive. Initially, I found the website very appropriate. It is very clear about the shoe offers they provide and offers an excellent idea of how to choose the correct shoe size. Both orders were shipped promptly, and there were no problems with the shipping. Within a week, I had received both pairs of shoes. When the shoes arrived, I was positively surprised by the neat presentation. The box is very nice, and the shoes are carefully wrapped. They also come with the necessary documents to return the shoes if the customer is unsatisfied with the purchase. In my case, I felt a bit risky because it was my first time ordering with Scarosso, and I was curious if the shoes were going to fit me. Fortunately, I chose the right size, and both pairs of shoes fit me well. The quality of the shoes is good. I have to say that it is not something extraordinary. Nevertheless, I think the design is neat. The quality of the materials seems to me to be very good. It is possible, however, to find better options on the market for the money you pay ($300 and up). But, they are of decent quality, being shoes made in Italy and requiring additional costs to other shoes made in different countries. If I take care of these shoes, they will last me a long time. I initially ordered "Balo," but it has taken me longer to break in because it is pretty thin, and my feet are a bit wider. However, it does not negate my experience and makes me want to return them. About customer service, I wrote to ask about the construction method of one of the pairs of shoes, and they replied very quickly and kindly. I suppose that if there were any issues with customer service, these issues may have already been resolved. Based on my experience, I recommend Scarosso if you want quality Italian-made shoes at a middle-range price. Of course, these are not "high-end" shoes, but they are good products with an elegant design that will leave you looking good in all situations. I am sure I will continue purchasing at Scarosso, and I hope to enjoy my shoes, feeling that I carry a part of Italy with me every step I take.

Trotz langer Lieferzeit bin ich sehr zufrieden! Auf eine lange Lieferzeit war ich schon aufgrund einiger Erfahrungsberichte eingestellt. Der Support war sehr gut und in deutscher Sprache. Alles hat super geklappt. Die Schuhe sind 1A und passen perfekt. Ebenso gut war die Verpackung. Es waren auch ein paar kleine Geschenke dabei, was mich sehr gefreut hat.
Pretty loafers at a reasonable price. Luckily I sized up a little and they fit perfect. Delivery was fast coming from Italy. Love them.
