Shocking customer service!!

Shocking customer service!!! Have been going around in circles for days just to be told the same thing again and again!!! Customer service reps haven't got a clue!!

So bout 3 items 1 was swimming shorts…

So bought 3 items 1 was swimming shorts but as I didn't have the label the guyr refused to change them. I'd understand this but why if I had tried them in store and they didn't fit they would have put them back on the rack. So he starts his high and mighty reading of the terms and conditions. Now when I bought said items I was told I'd not receive money back but a credit note which I was fine with. At no point was I told if I tried the swim shorts in I'd not get them changed even with my fxxking recipet. So as I'm walking away ai have a few choice words for the fxt clown. At this point we come face to face as he's talking behind my back as I'm walking out. Then he decided to grab my jacket not once but twice which is assault. He also said he'd rip the fxxking jacket off me, then decided to say he could spell what I ate for my breakfast. Not exactly what I'd expect from a so called sales man. Now had I reacted to his assault I'm sure his 5 members of staff would have come to his aid. Yet not one would back me up. Now at this point the ginger fxxk of a manager is just as much of an arsx as he refused point blank to look at the CCTV to check out the situation.. I could and should have hit him but I didn't. So the police are now involved and I will be pushing for an assault charge. Do NOT SHOP AT SCOTTS IN THE GLASGOW FORT OR ANY OF THERE STORES. UNLESS YOU WANT RUDE WORKERS SELLING YOU CHEAP RUBBISH THAT YOU CANT EXCHANGE. AND FEEL ITS ABSOLUTELY FINE TO ASSAULT STAFF. What this idiot and his managed don't know is the law. And the law is clear on assault to which not once but twice did he grap me. So 11p. Tomorrow after 2 calls from the police they will be looking at the CCTV and they will see I never lifted my hands to this idiot. But it will show the assault on me. Now forgetting I shop in the both shops spending hunders a week I will NEVER give him or them any money again. But I will sit and wait and see if the big man has balls to do anything to me away from public eyes. As I'm sure he'd not. But you're members of staff for the most are extremely helpful people. But today I met what can only be described as wannabe hardnen who's day will come as the next time they assault a member of the public I hope the person isn't as restrained as I was and puts them on there arsx And incase there's any confusion I know the law thanks to 4 friends in the police service all saying the same. The managers should have looked at the CCTV then repremanded him on the spot and ask if I wanted the police involved. The fact they never shows he has no intention of doing a damn thing. Well you 🤡 I have every intention of taking you to court for common assault.🖕

Return Policy

Just be mindful when you buy something it’s credit note only on refunds. Didn’t think this still existed but it’s an absolute joke. Make your refund policy in store clearer or signpost it on purchase. Get better.

The returns process is antiquated with…

The returns process is antiquated with no online portal, you have to print a form out yourself. I sent my return recorded delivery and had proof that they received it on 28th December, however they told me they hadn’t received it. I After numerous emails to customer service and a response from a different person each time (meaning a LOT of repetition from me) I finally got my refund today - 19.01.2024, and this was only after I told them I was contacting the ombudsman. I will not use them again as I have very little faith in their processes. Disappointing to note that they only seem to respond to the higher rated reviews on here too.

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, one came wrong size in packaging, shop wouldn’t take them back as I’d bought online which is fair enough but they dont give returns labels so you have to pay your own postage to send back, spoke to mazariah online, useless, and didn’t answer my question and cut me off whilst I was still having conversation, this is infuriating as it takes so long to get through to someone in the first place, won’t be using these again, go into a store and buy your products, stop using online stores, there not interested in service, just want your money and then refuse to offer a service

Unhelpful customer service.Order never received!

Extreamly poor customer service! When I placed the order I had never received confirmation of the order or any tracking details. I emailed Scott’s straight away as I have just been scammed before Christmas. I repeatedly asked for my tracking information (around 6 times this was requested) so I could locate my parcel. They finally sent it me after Christmas with an images of the parcel on someone else’s door step. I still don’t have the funds nor the tracksuit. This has left me In a difficult financial situation and now Scott customer service team are ignoring me! No reply for 7 days.

Useless & incompetent

I ordered a Tommy jeans t shirt at a price much cheaper than John Lewis & thought what a deal, but when I received my order they sent a completely different item,after much time & live chat( you can’t ring them) they agreed to send a postage paid return label for evri, so I sent it back, it was received by Scott’s( aka sports direct) about 10 days later, but after live chat trying to get what I ordered, they refused saying it hadn’t been scanned into the warehouse yet & it could take a couple of weeks & I would receive an email when it was, well it’s been 33 days since they received it & still no refund or replacement, I sent a web form email to them, as live chat is almost impossible to get past the automated system, this company is a complete joke & I won’t order from them or their parent company online ever again & I’d advise anyone to avoid

Scott’s Menswear are a bunch of liars

You lot still haven’t resolved my issue from December 2022. You lot haven’t got no morales. Just because I have been critical for your mistakes genes the reason you are refusing to help me, refund me and compensate me in cash. I told so many times I don’t want your pathetic vouchers. You have deliberately brushed my complaint under the carpet and you’ve stolen the money I paid for the order I never received. None of your pathetic and nasty staff are bothered to resolve this. It’s so pathetic that non of your colleagues are accepting responsibility for their mistakes. This is so unprofessional. Would you be decent enough to resolve my ongoing complaint please? I also want to submit a FOI request which under law you have to provide. Thanks

My son bought me a gift card I have…

My son bought me a gift card I have tried to use it on the Scott’s website but it is not accepting the code so in normal cases you would contact the customer services team !!!! Well all I can say is Scott’s customer service is non existent absolutely terrible you are unable to phone them , their online chat service is all automated and is a waste of time and as for their “customer service” email Address don’t waste your time as they do not reply even after sending 8 emails and details of my gift card as they can’t be bothered , I will never ever shop with this shambles of a company again PLEASE stay well clear

RETURN ORDER LOST

I returned an order I placed online by Evri. After a few email asking when I would receive my refund they told me they had not received it. Logging into my Evri account they provided a returns notification with a picture of the ordered delivered back to them. Scotts then still said they had not received it and that I should claim from Evrr but understandably they will not as they have proof of delivery. I have send numerous email and web chats to Scott’s but I’m getting know where. I have even been into my local store and the manager could not help as it’s a different department to them but I did say this happens frequently. I am at getting now where and so disappointed with their customer services

Company Thinks Moth Holes are Acceptable

I ordered a long sleeve Boss T-shirt. It arrived with moth holes and had dirty marks on it. I contacted customer services who advised I send photos then return the item as faulty; I would receive a refund plus refunded postage. I did this and got a refund for the top but not the postage as apparently moth holes do not make the item faulty. I'm still disputing this with customer services via email as there are no telephone numbers. According to the returns department I changed my mind about the item and returned it. A downright lie to get out of refunding the return postage costs. No apology or acknowledgement that moth holes are not considered acceptable quality. Will not be shopping with Scott's or any related companies again.

Shocking! Won't use these or anything that are backed by sports direct. Why i raised a lost order claims as hermes(everi) left the item hanging out of a letterbox why at work. I then raised a lost item clame and after 20 emails to customer service it finals gets acknowledged and there reply is he tuck a picture of it hanging out a letter box this is classed as delivered! Joke and 80 quid down poor service bad customer service replies and to back evri(hermes) who are prone to being terrible for losing orders! Stay clear

Wrong shoe's received

I was sent the wrong pair of shoes in my order, they do not match what is written on the invoice and are a completely different shoe. The box appears to have the wrong sticker placed on it. Can I please begin the return/refund process with pre-paid return postage provided.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would ! The worlds worst customer service ever. Personally I would avoid Scotts Menswear like the Plague. Nothing but problems. Ordered a pair of trainers and a different size was confirmed on the shipping order before they were actually sent to me. So I pointed this out.. asked "please cancel this order before you send it" It must be staffed by robots or hopeless people, because within 5mins of placing the order, I contacted them. "Sorry we can't do anything, we can't stop the order, we just have to send it" So they literally sent the wrong pair. what a waste of time and money for them, and for me to have to return something that I know is wrong even before it got to me. We will send you a returns label ! ( painful!) Anyway just to torture myself, and on their advice.... reorder the trainers again. I did! Some computer error did exactly the same thing again. Ordered a 8, it sent a 7.5. Straight away I told them, for the second time.... Cancel the order !!! ... "sorry we can't". So now I have 2 pairs of the wrong trainers.. which I am waiting for free returns labels to send back. I've had problem in the past ordering with them, but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Sadly I was wrong. And then it's impossible to talk to a person.... and the automated pointless chat bot is terrible. Scottsmens Wear is obv's part of the Sports Direct group... please take notice of your abysmal customer service!!!! You are AWFUL. so my advice.... do not order with them !

Faulty Trainers

I have raised a complaint regarding a pair of trainers that Nike advised i have to return to the orginal retailer as they fall within the 2 year Nike warranty. Following an online chat, emails backwards and forwards to sending the items with my receipt of payment and contact details and full name, i have been told they cannot speak to me due to GDPR ? I have asked for a phone call as this process has now taken over 3 weeks and it takes few days before anyone responds from Scotts Menswear. I can clearly see the return was delivered which i had to pay for and including the ÂŁ190 i paid for the trainers. A complete lack of customer services so buyer be warned.
