Purchasing the sofa was fine with salesperson however £100 delivery fee? How can u justify that ?
We visited the store at junction 27 over the bank holiday weekend. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. The young lady who served us (Naina), although new to the job, was helpful and knowledgeable about the sofas we were interested in. Customer service was exemplary. We were offered coffee and every attempt was made to make us feel comfortable.
I have visited scs in oldham today . I was served by joanne who was very patient and knowlegeble . Joanne knew from the measurements of my lounge what would fit in . I liked 2 sofas joanne was super nice we had a really nice chat and she gave me lots of choies . She is an amazing sales person . Thankyou so much joanne . From michelle .
lady in the store think she could have been the manager? was a geordie lady. made it really welcoming was really informative; she got us drinks made us feel at home. if it wasn’t for her welcoming nature i might have looked somewhere else!

Will was really helpful and explained all our options with a very friendly manner, left us lots of time to decide what we wanted and even moved furniture to replicate the shape of our living room, excellent service and a really nice guy.

I have mixed feelings about SCS. I have been looking for a sofa for a while and have visited Cribbs Causeway SCS a few times. On previous occasions I have spoken to members of staff who have been pushy and only friendly until they realise you're not making a purchase that day. However my last experience was very different. This time we finally purchased our sofa, and Alex (sales assistant) was great. He was genuine and not pushy at all and helped me secure a great deal for my new sofa. He made me feel at ease and didn't push unwanted extras. This helped me to finally decide to make the purchase. Everything went smoothly and now just a wait for the sofa.
As young first time house owners we had a great experience with SCS in Coypool, Jack sales assistant was superb, so kind and friendly, and made the initial daunting visit to shop + make decisions a breeze with an enjoyable stress free experience! 😊
paul looked after myself and linda from walking in the door. explaind all the suites as we live in a tower block and might have difficulty getting it in the lift. even helped the next day when i change mind about colour. nothing seamed to be a problem ended up we both got sofas

Customer service is outstanding for me and I’m just waiting for my new sofa to be delivered, however, I have to wait patiently but will be worth the wait. I had already bought a sofa from scs about 8wks ago and needed another one to match it so went into the store and saw Sophie who I dealt with and she did a great job of finding me the exact same sofa for the same price as the first one All in all a great result and first class service from Sophie
Deon and Ray the delivery men couldn't have been more helpful. They were very professional and efficient. It was tricky to get my sofa in but they did it with ease and a smile .
