Have used Secret Sales several times and have always been happy with the service including refunds. Today I felt the need to write a review as I just placed an order but forgot to use the latest discount code. Items were already reduced mind you. I contacted their after sale team and they refunded me the difference! Amazing service.
Customer Service is fast and efficient. Sales prices are amazing. I do wish they would perhaps consider bulk returns from same order from the same supplier as each item you return is paid for individually. Apart from that, can't fault them at all. I will continue to use Secret Sales.

Discounts offer are good and delivery was quick, but be aware that they mislead you on returns charges. They lead you to believe it’s £3.50 per order, but that is not 100% true. It’s £3.50 for every supplier your order comes from. I bought three items, all of which were from different suppliers. I wanted to return two due to sizing resulting in a £7 charge

Absolutely love purchasing from this company, not only to get amazing deals on high end products they usually dispatch the same day unless it's the weekend, but super fast delivery within a couple of days of purchasing, I've only had 1 issue where where the courier (not this company) list my package and this company dealt with it immediately keeping me informed at all points and then refunded myself as the courier had lost it. So thank you Secret Sales for amazing deals on high end products and excellent customer service.
