There was a quick response to my order. It was despatched the same day and would have arrived within a couple of days had I not needed to rearrange with Royal Mail. I have only worn the coat once, but it is comfortable and warm. Seems well made, but I found the double zip a bit fiddly at first. Got the hang of it now
