Terrible service. I purchased a server with a 2 TB hard drive. It arrived without the Hard Drive. They asked to me to take pictures of the partition by going to the search bar. But i have explained on 3 occassions that l do not have an OS because i have no hard drive. I have been transferred many times over the week and they keep saying theyll speak with a case person and come back in 6 hours. I have had the phone put down on my twice. Its disgusting. I still have a server l cannot use because it has no hard rive. The support is useless and do not resolve problems. They pass it on and say the same thing each time. Having types this out 3 hours have passed and the company have repeatedly asked me if l am after an external Hard Drive which i lave repeatedly told them no its a 2TB internal Hard Drive. They have now said that it needs returning and l will have to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. The whole issue has gone on for 10 days of absolutely pointless communications. I am ow looking to buy a Hard Drive elsewhere for this machine l can not trust them to send me a refund or a new machine and l need to get a new server up and running asap. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Im please to say that this evening l managed to purcahse a Hard Drive that will be delivered. NOT FROM THIS BUNCH. Its extra expense, but l do not have to wait for these people to get their act together. Their policy when something is missing or needs returning is ridiculous so just don't buy from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give - 10 stars I would. Horrendous website not clear with delivery. Clearly drop shipping and do not hold stock. Was told last week I wouldn’t get my delivery for 7 days so had to cancel installer and then was told all would be delivered yesterday got less than half with the server software missing. Horrific service currently have an installer sitting doing zero trying to get sense from them on the phone costing me a fortune and to cap it all of the job is for a local Edinburgh charity that provides voluntary support to stroke and MS patients. How dare you you absolutely diabolical company shame on you absolute shame on you. Update 10:28 am Told the delivery might come today or tomorrow but we won’t get an email update until Monday. Update Monday 09:16 Called today to again be told that I would be updated before 11:00 I genuinely thought I was speaking to A.I as when I explained what had happened and what was currently going on I got the same monotone as reply. I explained that when I ordered all products when shown as in stock. Now agin it is being blamed on the supplier. That’s not in stock that’s not you holding stock THAT IS DROP SHIPPING. The update will continue until this is resolved. Update Wednesday So the saga continues. Stil jo deliveries loads of apologies loads of we will get back to you loads of utter lies. Company is diabolical have no faith I will receive equipment for Friday another cancelled appointment and another cancellation fee to the IT engineer. Update Monday Was told today that I couldn’t return my products until the spoke to their suppliers. We have spent so much on cancellation fees with the installers that we no longer have the money to complete the job so wishes to return all the products for a full refund. Spoke to the cancellation team surprise they are uk bases explained the entire saga and to two separate people as bothered told me they would put me through to the correct department. Surprise I was put through to the General customer service line that is overseas with zero regard for the chaos this has been causing Update Tuesday The have emailed twice this noting to over me a grand total of £70 pounds cash or £90 in vouchers to keep the equipment. Have opens cases with trading standards in the companies registered address local council and in Edinburgh and opened a case with the ombudsman ( flexible resolution services ) These people have zero shame and through being evasive misleading having disastrous customer service and drop shipping all making the perfect storm to ruin a charity’s budget to have a new it system installed will be speaking to local and national newspaper’s later today. Update Tuesday evening Received emails offering me £100 and told we are aware of you intention to take us to court and we will defend any claim. That’s the point of court good sir. I advised carful listening of the recorded calls as this will show many promises and bold statement ot impending delivery’s being live tracked and promised on that far to no avail not looking forward to the next load of emails well it really loacal journalist very interested in the story and meeting Thursday lunch time to share our experience l. This is turning into a blog not a review Update Nothing to report no emails no calls hopefully review the call recoding that have been made and are getting as frustrated as I was I wish them all the best in this endeavour

Contradictory communication

Ordered On Thursday, part order arrived on Friday afternoon, when I asked that, where's the rest, he said will come later. Monday I emailed CS at 8:30am received a reply at 11:15am. The goods have been delivered & signed !!! check with neighbours, etc. Later transpired after 20 mins on phone to Jennifer (probably not the real name) that supplier will send on Thursday ... a week later. Paid NBD delivery. My online state of order was incorrect. Surprising in this day and age they have issues keeping records up-to-date.
