For an online based company the policies are quite ridiculous. It is a US Incorporated company but they ship from India so you need to pay return shipping all the way back to India additionally they don't offer for returns only store credit. I've never heard of such a policy for an online company they don't even have a retail location

Wrong sizes were sent and when i emailed about it i was informed sale items are not valid for return/exchange. Also they stated they will make a “courtesy” exception and allow me to return items without clarifying who will bear the cost of shipment and if i will be shipped the right sizes or refunded Lousy first and seemingly “last” experience
Ordered from Shan and Toad a week before Christmas not really expecting it to arrive in time ( I’m in Australia!) and it did!!! I was blown away. The clothes are amazing, beautiful quality. My grandson is going to look very smart.
