From the moment I booked an appointment to receiving my engagement ring, my experience with Shining Diamonds was excellent. As someone who never wears rings, I had no idea what I wanted and went back and forth a few times, but Esther was so knowledgable and patient with me which helped me decide on the final design. She was also very quick and replying back to emails and keeping me updated about the ring. Couldn’t recommend more!

Staff is nice, helpful and super patience. I have bought a ring early March for my girlfriend. Although I have went back and forth to the store to change the size of the ring and change the style of the ring, the staff still very patience and super nice. Overall a very happy experience.

Clarice was so helpful and approachable. My husband decided to surprise me with a diamond he purchased with Clarice for a significant birthday. He then took me to the shop to see the fabulous solitaire abd to look at settings. Clarice suggested a few and kindly sent us some CAD drawings. Her communication throughout was excellent. My husband cannot stand shopping in any form and he really appreciated Clarice being so helpful. Highly recommend!

We were given time to discuss what we were looking for without feeling pressurised.
