I've had 7 tshirts and a mug printed so far and been very happy. Delivery is quick and the prints are really good quality. I will say these can be a bit pricey despite being a great servise. The customer service is really good and had no issues as of yet Well done Tony O'Sullivan
My order hasn't arrived (too late now for the birthday it was supposed to be for) and I can't find any way to contact customer service. When I use the 'where is my order' function it tells me it was dispatched and due to arrive April 3rd, 6 days ago. I've sent a FB message as that was the only contact I could find and got a generic reply yesterday and nothing since.
I ordered a couple of tee shirts . Two payments were taken for one order on the 22nd and 26 feb .Ive been in communication without reply . A number of different names have been used , Davenport is one , smallhot store.
I ordered 2 T-shirts on the 28/2/24. The order has still not arrived. There is no means of tracking the order and there is no means of contacting shirtbox by phone.The order acknowledgement stated that the order had shipped and should arrive by the 4/3/24 and that I should contact them if the order had not arrived by the 28/3/24. I believe they were recently taken over by a company called Rakuten. I have had a previous experience with a website which was taken over by Rakuten. The service was so bad I stopped using the site.

Ordered 3 T-shirts for my father on 10th Jan 2024 and we have received nothing. Not even an email to say they have been shipped. I have used this company many times before, and always had the product in a week. This time having spent £60 I find out there is no way to contact them when it goes wrong. The little drop box on there Web site is pointless, no one ever replies. Shame that this business is Not what it used to be
I ordered a t-shirt a week ago, still hasn't turned up. It stated delivery between 3-1 to 5-1. Trying to find out where it is, is a nightmare as all it states is it's paid for and it'll be dispatched soon.. you can't actually get to speak to anyone, which is no good to me as it was a birthday present
Like other reviews, I placed my order and was provided with a delivery date of 21-23rd Dec. Having not received it - and it still saying being processed when I enter my order number - I have tried cancelling the order only to be informed I can't cancel it as it has been shipped. On the same page, it says both that it is being processed and that it has been shipped! I can only assume this is a fraudulent company as there is no contact number or help email. I shall now go through the process of reporting Shirtbox officially.
Ordered for Christmas, given a delivery date of 21st - 23rd and still not been dispatched after a week. Save your money and go elsewhere - you’ll need to anyway when they let you down

My husband ordered a jumper first class delivery on 10th December and it hasn’t been shipped it was supposed to arrive by 16th December, there is no way of contacting this company and no response to the online enquiry or Facebook page. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Really disappointed with the service from the Shirtbox team. The hoody is lovely, I just want to exchange it for larger size ..... Impossible task apparently .... been via chat inbox, no success, and no answer via telephone. Noone is taking accountability of client queries in this business .... it's all about new orders.

I enjoy the choice and value for money and feel reluctant to offer a review as I like that none of my friends have my tee-shirt! Anyway large expansive website, which is easy to navigate with lots of choice. The tee-shirt quality is of a high standard that reflects previous purchases, so all in all I'm a happy customer. My only suggestion for the future is offering polo shirts.
