I bought a shoes from Embassy London on 17 of November 2023. Although I am not wearing them very often, literally the laces started to falling apart. I’ve sent an email to ask to buy some and the answer was that they not sell laces and to go to nearest cobbler. Sorry, the nearest cobbler not sell original laces for Embassy London shoes. This is like a joke.
Love my boots and shoes from Embassy. I recently had a small problem with the heel of my new shoes - the customer service was excellent. Quick email responses from the team, corresponding with a real person and they rectified the problem in no time.
Embassy London are a cut above the rest. Superb quality shoes and boots and lets not forget the eye catching designer styles. Been a customer for many years since they were shoe embassy. Fit like slippers only problem is need to build a shoe store for my collection. Love them and if you have never tried you MUST.
I am a lover of embassy shoes and have collected them for years the only problem i have with them is that i keep getting stopped by people telling me how they love my shoes and i always say Embassy shoes I went to the Greenwich branch to have a look for anouther pair and was served by the most friendly honest and sweet staff member she had so much positve energy and helped me so much without being pushy and took her time. Of cause I bought a amazing pair of funky trainers and placed a order with Hema for two more big yhanks to Hema
Like most others on here, I’ve found it difficult to resist buying several pairs of their footwear from sandals through brogues to ankle boots. Love that these are so different from most run of the mill footwear. Bright and colourful, comfortable and great quality for which I don’t mind paying a bit more than I usually do - I begrudge designer prices and they’re not that level. So pleased they restocked the Hatter black floral boots as had ordered them a few months ago in my normal size but discovering they were smaller made, had to return them (for which I received a speedy refund) and bigger size no longer available. Asked to be informed when back in stock as I really like them. Duly received an email today and reordered immediately. Already out for delivery so great customer service in every respect. So much looking forward to receiving them!

Lovely lovely boots, perfectly packaged and protected with their individual bags. Have to say that the box they arrived in is a recyclable beautiful storage box too! Great service and speedy delivery. Have only worn them once but surprisingly comfy. Lots of compliments re their colours. My only criticism would be they are hard to take off but I have a husband to help!

I have a pair of Vivienne - and I love them! I bought them after admiring someone else’s shoes from Embassy London. They go with almost anything and still looks almost brand new 18 months in. I get so many compliments. Good quality and excellent service.
I now have 3 pairs of Embassy London shoes. They are gorgeous! Delivery time has been excellent, as has the response to my email questions. I love this company!
Oh my days where have you been and why have I not found you guys much sooner 🥰 I first found these guys via a advert that kept popping up on my Facebook feed I'd say just over a year ago. I absolutely love the vibrant colours and the designs they have. I have to say my first pair of shoes did not disappoint and so I am now here on number 5 just can't resist 😍 They are so comfortable and handmade and for me the price reflects the quality of the shoe and not forgetting the service of the team is absolutely amazing. I do have to stop myself from buying everything that I want which I have to say is pretty much everything 😜 My next treat with be one of the lovely bags they look amazing. If you are reading this and have got to this point then get yourself on the shop and I promise if you love different then you will absolutely love these guys 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Lovely shoes, I bought the Iris size 3, lovely and comfy I even went out to a soul night dancing the night away on my first wear. Excellent service, delivery quick and was kept informed along the way. Will definitely buy from the company again
My favourite brand for sure. Not only are the products super quality and unique, the service is 5-star. I bought a pair of black and gold boots and I get comments every time I wear them. I'm now on my third purchase and will be buying a matching pair for me and my husband for our daughters wedding
I had an amazing experience with Embassy and I just had to leave a review. Their customer service team is exceptional, with problem solvers who are friendly and helpful. This was my first time purchasing shoes from Embassy. Since my birthday was on March 3rd, I wasn't sure if my shoes would arrive on time, so I ordered another pair that was on sale. The shoes I received were beautiful and comfortable, and I got a lot of compliments on them. The original shoes I ordered also arrived, and they were even more stunning! Even though I was already impressed with their customer service, they still gave me a discount on my next purchase. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be buying more shoes from Embassy. I will also be recommending their site to my family and friends.
Bought the Dani size 42 in blue and they fit perfectly but took a risk with the Claudia mini in a 41 (they were in the sale) they were a little tight but still wearable or they were until my 80 yr old mum took a shine to them and left wearing them after Mothers Day lunch! Great quality, beautiful shoes

I am more or less a regular customer of Shoe Embbesy, I have several pairs of their shoes, which I have always found comfortable, good quality and with a nice design. Last year, unfortunately, I was disappointed with a new pair of shoes and did not buy another one for over a year. That has changed lately I have a new pair of beautifully sent, well-made, colorful sneakers for spring. I hope I will wear them for a long time with a smile on my face. However, at this point, first of all, I would like to thank the Customer Service Office, which in a completely unexpected way positively surprised me with its customer service. Courtesy, approach to problem solving, professionalism. Thank you very much.
