I made my first online purchase with the Shoe Horn on Sunday evening and first thing this morning, Wednesday, my shoes were delivered by An Post. The shoes themselves are amazing (I knew my size for the brand), well packaged, so no chance of damage while being transported. I was also delighted to see all the packaging was fully recyclable ♻️ . I ordered a pair of boots from Shoehorn.ie online recently in the biggest size available (as I wear orthotics). Unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them but I was very impressed by the fact that returns were free. And I received my refund so speedily and had a lovely email from Nicola.
