Non consegnano e se ne lavano le mani! Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe (pagando anche la spedizione) che non sono mai arrivate! Ho inviato diverse mail alle quali, in un primo momento, mi è stato chiesto di pazientare e che il ritardo era dovuto alla situazione Covid. Alla seconda mail mi è stato invece detto che il pacco era stato consegnato e che avrei dovuto interpellare vicini e familiari per saperne di più. Alla terza mail mi è stato detto che probabilmente il pacco era stato perso dalla ditta di spedizioni e che avrei dovuto chiedere a loro (ma non so neanche quale sia la ditta...). Assurdo! Poco seri e anche bugiardi!
This was my first time buying from Shoetique/Charles Clinkard (some Startrite shoes for my little boy) and I would definitely shop through them again. I bought the shoes for £24.99 (which ordinarily have a RRP £45.99). The shoes arrived in perfect condition, in eco-conscious packaging. Highly recommend!
Estafa total!!! Llevo esperando mi pedido de dos pares de zapatos 2 meses, me llegó uno hace poco y super dañado, la caja rota y lo llevé al zapatero para que me lo arreglasen. El otro par de zapatos no lo he recibido aún. No os dejéis engañar por esta panda de sinvergüenza que encima te hacen pagar un envío super elevado de precio para no recibir el envío correctamente
I remained unsatisfied with this store. I don't know, maybe consultants had a bad day and decided to spoil my mood as well with impoliteness. I told that I was sorry for them and got out, but that shouldn't be a client's problem. Two stars, for the big choice of cool boots. Maybe I'll buy something there another day.
I placed my order 12/14/18 and the money was taken from my account on December 16 Several calls were made to ensure the shoes would arrive for my four bridesmaids before my 12/28/19 garden wedding. On January 9, 2030, I received an email telling me my order has been cancelled, Now today, 1/10/20, I receive another email saying I must wait another 5 days to get my money back. AWFUL customer service
I ordered my little girl some boots last Wednesday they have not come yet and I’ve had no update email as stated I would I purchased the boots on the understanding I would receive them Monday which I understand if a little late but the communication is the worst I’ve come across yet Even now when I look to track my order it says processing and I’ve had no communication to say what’s going off I’d advise any customer planning to purchase to look else where a specially if it’s a gift as it will not come on time and you will probably get no communication as to what’s going off now I’ve had to order else where as it was my little girl’s birthday very disappointed Bad experience
I would normally give Shoetique a 5 Star rating, but this time I am disappointed. I am trying to contact them with regard to a missing part of my order, for which I have paid& the 'phone line is permanently engaged & the website unusable. Iwill Email them later today& see if anyone can help me with this
I love using this website. Easy to use and keep you informed on delivery times etc so you never miss a delivery. I have been using this website for over 5 yrs now.
I returned some shoes on 3rd September. It’s now 18th. I’ve not heard back from them and no refund has been received yet. I found out where they are and I used to live near there so I’m going to travel 150 miles and walk into the shop if I cannot get hold of them.
It pains me to put such a low rating as I have always had great service from shoetique. However, lately I have been disappointed and shocked at the absolute lack of communication in recent weeks in relation to shoetique's website being down. At first I waited, thinking it was going to be down for a day or two. But when this went on into a second week and there is no explanation and/or coms about alternative means of contacting them, I have spent hours repeatedly trying to get through and I am frankly fed up - my time is precious.It's worrying as I've had to pay my balance on my credit card to avoid paying interest while I await a refund. No one's even been in touch to say they received my parcel back. I'm out of pocket.
Disappointing. The site wouldn’t take the weekend discount code but I ordered anyway. Then I tried to email - website down - and phone - no answer. Very unlike Shoetique who I have used for years.
Quick delivery and I love the shoes I bought. Will use shoetique again.

I get much better service from them than purchasing from the brands directly and on the rare occasions that I have had a faulty product the problem is dealt with instantly and without issue.
