Don't trust their in stock/delivery info. I needed a new chainring for my best bike and I needed it quickly. I searched for a site where the chainring was labelled as in stock. Sigma Sports had theirs labelled "In stock, available for delivery". There was also a message saying the estimated delivery was Thursday (today was Tuesday). That was good enough for me so I added it to my basket. After adding the item to my basket and progressing to checkout, I noticed a message on screen that said... "Your item is not in stock at our warehouse and will be ordered immediately from our supplier". This didn't match the info displayed on the item's page which said it was in stock. The estimated delivery was still showing as Thursday though so against my better judgement, I placed the order. By Thursday morning I hadn't received a dispatch notification so I chased Sigma Sports by email. They sent me a BS reply saying it takes them about 2 working days to despatch orders and another day for the order to be delivered. They said the info I'd been provided by their site was due to an error they had (past tense) on their system. I checked this by going back on their website and was provided with the exact same info on estimated delivery for the same item. If you're like me, when shopping online you like to think the information provided to you about stock status and delivery schedules is truthful and correct. Unfortunately, some websites don't have the same view. Based on my experience, Sigma Sports is one of them. Following SS response... No actually, I won't be using you again. And pointing out a 3 day delivery on a free delivery service is good, misses my point, which was... the information provided to me by your site was misleading at the point I used your service. First I'm told goods are in stock, then I'm told they're not and will be ordered from your supplier, now you're telling me they were in stock all the time. Regardless, your site set my expectations for a two day delivery, your response to my chase mail suggests 2 days for delivery was never on the cards, now you seem to be saying I should be grateful I received my order on a free delivery after 3 days. No, I'm not. Downgraded from 2 to 1 star due to arrogant reply to my review.

Tyres arrived on time.securely packaged.i chose this Schwalbe product as they are always well made and long lasting.reasonably priced too.
The panniers arrived and I believe everything was correctly included. Except for one thing. Comprehensible instructions for attaching the panniers to the bike. Small diagrams with minimal textual guidance was woefully inadequate. And no, I am not wholly stupid or incompetent. It would be so easy and inexpensive for the company to put this right, and more sales would flow from doing so.

Disappointing customer service. A purchase of a Wahoo turbo trainer Kickr mat was made & within three weeks of use the product had been damaged by bike cleats. However, Sigma deemed this to have not been eligible for replacement as this was down to "wear & tear". Wear & Tear i understand but not within the first three weeks!! Disappointed with Sigma`s response, I subsequently contacted Wahoo direct who were, by contrast, exemplary in their response & immediately agreed to dispatch a new mat, at no charge, as a replacement.
