In my order was a different item to what I ordered, they agreed to pay return postage and send me original item plus I sent a item back that was too big.they now say the item I want is out of stock they can't find the item I sent back that was too big ,they apparently don't know my email for my PayPal account(they can when taking money out though) don't answer email for days,I gave them details of a different item so they could just replace wrong item for them..would be so easy ,but no I'm still waiting to see what is happening,good stuff but customer services rubbish at sorting any issues

Great products I am a regular customer, but I'm not able to buy much items due to your instant payment system, my biggest concern why are you not introducing various payment options to allow flexible service like the others. Please try to add clearpay/ klarna, etc. Thanks
I ordered on 5.11.22, contacted customer services after no order received by 11.11.22. I explained That i needed the coat for a Funeral on 15.11.22 and the communication and help I received has been second to none. They sent a personalised email with condolences and then have sent another coat next day delivery as well as partially refunded my postage. The item was indeed delivered next day less than 24hrs. It is a lovely quality coat. I would use again. Fantastic customer services.
Seems like I am not the only one who hasnt received their order despite them taking the money onthe day it was placed which was 24 days ago.customer service is awful and they dont reply.i dont know how companies like this survive .Either send the goods or refund me.At least have the decency to contact the customers who ,like me,ask where their good are.
I placed an order 14 days ago. I was also told about warehouse reorganisation and my order was in pick and pack but days on and still no update. Not very professional business practice.

Been over 12 days since I placed an order and still no update from them. Got a reply a few days ago saying they changed their warehouse and their warehouse is almost ready so my order will be shipped out soon but till now no news and still chasing them for my order.
I've had a couple of things from here that have been not quite what the picture lead me to believe, but on the whole I've been really pleased. The stuff always arrives as ordered, and most of the clothes I have bought are just awesome for the price.
12 days since ordering order still not fulfilled state delivery time 3/7 days PayPal refunded excuse was warehouse being changed and order was in pick and pack 6 days later still no order !!!

Extremely Disappointed, most of the items have not tags and some cut from the top, also missing one item, tried calling the number which dials twice then cuts off
New customer to SP, I have had two orders from them in the last month which were excellent, my only criticism which would have gotten them 5 stars..... please please consider putting leg lengths on trousers, myself and my daughters are tall, it puts me off buying in case they are too short! Will definitely shop with them again x
