Unbelievable quality clothing and excellent customer service. The knitwear pieces are unreal, heavy weight and just feel so luxurious. The pieces really are timeless and my favourite piece I have owned over a year and it still wows me! Couldn’t recommend this brand enough!

Spent £190 on the Brianna coat, only for the fabric to bobble considerably after the first wear. Awful quality for such an expensive coat. I really wanted to love it 🙁
I really wanted to like this brand as I thought their clothes look great, so I made quite a big order. The clothes arrived and the fit was so strange and quality was crap. E.g. the waistband on the shorts and trousers is huge, way too wide. I was told that they don’t refund items bought in the sale, this is in their return policy but it doesn’t appear as you’re buying the items. Also practically all of the items on their website are in the sale?! So I don’t know if this is just a sales tactic to not have to give refunds. They gave me gift store credit and I have now made several repeat orders, just trying to spend the store credit, and I haven’t liked one thing that’s arrived. They all look so lovely on the website but the fit and quality in person is off. I’ve ended up just keeping one of the dresses because I’m sick of ordering through their entire catalogue just to find something decent to spend the store credit on. The dress I’ve kept goes for £90 which is unfathomable to me, it’s basically transparent and has visible threads coming off the seams. Don’t bother spending your money here.
I bought a cardigan and a top from Sisterhood and they both feel really good quality, made with 100% wool. Once the product arrived the cardigan was a bit small, so I messaged customer support and they were super responsive. Eve replied to me in a couple of hours and managed to get the exchange going for a larger size in a matter of hours since I would be traveling in a couple of days. I'm amazed at the quality of the items and excellent customer support! I'll be recommending this brand to loved ones and purchasing some more items next month!
The clothes are high quality and look like the website pics. The returns portal was glitching but Eve in the customer service team helped me do an exhange as was great - thanks a lot.
Edit: I have since been refunded the extra £4 as a gesture of goodwill. My review stands though - it’s a disappointing service with confusing information on their website about refund process. They are not upfront about costs and the quality of the item I purchased was not worth the price. Beware buying until you fully understand the refund process - I would suggest emailing them to get estimate of costs because it’s not very transparent. Unfortunately unsatisfactory service, which I should’ve expected. I bought the Brianna coat and was hopeful based on the pictures. Sizing information was incorrect and I think the image of the model and her sizing was misleading. Size S was much too oversized, more like a 10. Quality was disappointing, very rigid wool that resembled felt. I felt the price was not justified so returned the coat. I paid £4 return postage and it took 10 working days to process the refund to my PayPal (the max number of days they state on their refund policy). Unfortunately they didn’t refund the full amount, charging me an extra £4 for delivery costs even though I’d already paid this. I contacted them to inform them of the error but got generic response saying that if the value of my returned items was below the free shipping threshold then they would charge to cover cost of courier. No idea how they can justify £8 to cover courier costs when I have proof I paid for Royal Mail postage. Very unhappy and would not recommend.
