My experience with Sister Jane has been positive. Their customer service was prompt in answering few questions that I had about e-gift cards and online orders. I hope the company would consider in the future the option of gift wrapping service and including a personalized note (e.g. birthday) when ordering from their website. Despite this, I’d still come back because their staff and reps did a great job. Thank you Kris & Maria.

Maria in the customer service team was incredibly helpful with my query relating to processing a return. It almost feels like an exception these days to receive good customer service, which is unfortunate, but Sister Jane are very responsive and actually are just lovely to deal with! Keep it up 👍
The email address I registered during payment was incorrect. I didn’t receive the order confirmation email,so I didn’t know the order number. However they found my order from the product and name. They updated the email address and resent the order confirmation email. Thank you very much for your swift and kind assistance!! I’m looking forward to receiving the product.
Beautiful product but too large the quality was however lovely I had to return and the customer service was excellent, nothing too much trouble Will definitely shop again

I emailed the customer service team about a dress that was out of stock online. I got an email back within 30 minutes with a list of other stockist that may have the dress in my size and I managed to order! Maria was very helpful, and I was surprised how quickly the response was. Thank you! And I can't wait to receive the dress!
The customer service is fantastic. I emailed in to ask dimensions of a couple of items, and got them immediately, they also checked their manufacturer to confirm the sleeve length on an item for me. When the clothes arrived, I was confident they'd fit me, and they absolutely did. Mia was incredibly nice and helpful throughout, if you need any help with your order they're great.
Ordered some menswear. Delivery was quick, the clothes are quirky and fun to wear! I noticed that their fit is not always the same across their styles. One shirt size S would fit me as if it was tailored but another option would be slightly too large. But the return was quick and easy and I got my money back promptly. The quality of the items is generally quite good, the garments and fabrics feel much nicer than other High Street brands (especially those from Spain 😉 ) Just bear in mind that some items are handwash only which makes them a bit less practical for day-to-day living.
