Hallo, Ich habe schon öfters aus Deutschland bestellt. Die Kleidung fittet true to size Qualität würde ich auf 8/10 schätzen. Jacken, Mäntel und Fleece kann ich empfehlen, meinen Mantel besitze ich seit 6 Jahren und nur an ein paar Stellen (Handbund etc) sind die Nähte etwas aufgegangen. Insgesamt ein gut zu erreichenden Support, die Qualität ist überdurchschnittlich gut für einen sehr günstigen Preis Wirklich zu empfehlen!!

I had a good experience with the customerservice when I ordered an item that wasn’t available anymore. But when I received my items, the quality was bad. After washing the jogger and sweater once, the fabric became already damaged.
J’adore tous se q’ils font! C’est beau, agréable et chaud et bien sûr de bonne qualité rien ne manque.
Site has no sizing guide, has selective reviews pretty much only showing good reviews, ordered a pair of 70e pants and once they came they were extremely thin, pretty small, the material feels really cheap too, nothing premium about this brand.
Bought a bralet from this brand via asos terrible wouldnt fit around my boobs and the size was 4XL only just fitted around my back awful wouldnt buy again

Zéro, il faut arrêter de travailler avec Colis Privé ! Ils me demandent un code pour réceptionner le colis, je n'ai jamais rien reçu dans mes mails ni dans mes spams ! Je vais maintenant devoir aller en point relais à cause de ces gros nuls !
Colis reçu très rapidement mais dans la mauvaise taille je bataille depuis 1 semaine avec le SAV pour recevoir la bonne taille ou me faire rembourser , ils me font tourner en bourrique m’ont demander de renvoyer le colis chose fait et maintenant ils me demandent la facture a l’intérieur de ce colis , fuyez c’est du jamais vu !
I ordered an item 3 months ago, a couple of days ago I saw there was a hole in the trousers and on a lot of spots I found cotton balls. I’ve made some pictures and sended them to the customer service. They told me I had the guarantee of a month after the purchase and only offered me a voucher of €10,-. Bad service and bad conditions. If I would order again, and my advice is to order it at partner stores with better service
