SKIMS is a great product that has not disappointed me. Comfortable and provides a perfect fit in both tops and bottoms. Just what I’ve been looking for.
My order was delivered to the wrong address by DHL. I’ve emailed back and forth for days and forward the message and photos from DHL showing my package being delivered to the wrong address yet it’s not been rectified. I have no way to obtain my package so it’s stolen and I’m out of pocket. I am shocked that such a big company has not yet refunded me nor acknowledged the trouble I’ve had with the service. The stuff I purchased is so dear and I’ve not got a thing to show for it. Won’t be shopping here again.
I like the good quality just wish the threading wouldn’t come out as easy, maybe get a better threading machine or one that makes sure the stitching is tight and won’t bust. It is pricey but I love they give you the option to AfterPay. I wish there wasn’t a shipping fee since the products are so expensive would be nice to give the consumer a break towards shipping. The sizing is always a little off. I’ve lost out on money because I can’t tell what size I am. The measurement say I’m a mixture or small medium and large and that doesn’t help.

I always love to see the new arrivals and sales stuffs of skims. I am a big fan. Every single experience I have had with skims is just wonderful, and even though there are sometimes little issues, but the assist agents always respond with respect and great attitude!!
Fast delivery, and the quality was much better than expected. It was soft and comfortable strap did not cut into back or shoulders.
I love Skims! I first purchased a bodysuit about a year ago that I love and still wear often. Recently I decided to buy another bodysuit as well as some other items. I did run into an issue with that bodysuit but the customer service team was quick to refund me and send me a 15% off coupon as well. I was really impressed with the service and the products.
Really comfortable and fits brilliantly. But BEWARE it’s very easy to puncture the material I wore it for the first time yesterday and my finger went straight through the material taking it off. I was gutted. They are quite expensive for material that ladders like very thick tights.

I bought something from Skims nearly a month ago, no update in shipping, no response from complaining, never be able to talk to a real life customer service online (always robots) NEVER BUY AGAIN

I bought the Ultimate Tshirt bra for $64 + shipping. I was shocked by the quality. Loose threads, uneven stitching. And the one cup lays smoothing against my breast. While the other cup lifts up creating a long seam across my breast. When I contacted them and sent pics, they pretty much just sent me a return label...? Like, I wish I can upload the pics. So disappointed and for the money we spend for Skims brand, the quality is like made in China (crap)
